We visited in mid-September and really enjoyed the property. I think we were on the River Stone side in condo B1. It was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were traveling as a couple, but the loft area with the second bath upstairs would be perfect for children. We loved being right on Fall River....

The resorts are beautiful! Very close to Rocky Mountain national Park, in a beautiful spot, has everything you could want! It was nice to be on vacation, hike and go back to a warm condo and cook your own dinner! Would recommend!

This was our second stay at River Stone. Our family just loves coming here. It's so relaxing and you have all the necessities of home. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. We will be back again for a third visit hopefully in the fall!!!

We stayed in #9 Bear Paw 3-bedroom condo with our 2 young children for Christmas for 5 days, and it was very spacious for us! We were welcomed by the staff upon check-in with a wooden "Bear Paw" commemorative ornament. We requested a late check-out the night before we left, and that was granted without any issues. They have a...

Our family just spent our third thanksgiving up in Estes Park at Riverstone/Bear Paw. The folks that manage the property are friendly and accommodating. We had an up close experience with the neighborhood elk and relaxed by the fireplace at night.

They are well furnished and have cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cooking and eating items. Very peaceful quite area right off highway. Property is well maintained and...

My wife and I stayed at the complex which was very well kept even with the deer moving through. It is why we came up. Did some hikes in Bear Lake area. The place was comfortable and neat kitchen was furnished amply we used the propane grille for dinner. A nice place to use as a base for hiking into...

This was the best place we stayed on our entire vacation. It was so nice inside and a brook in our back yard. The elk were rutting and came down from the mountains and were in the backyard too. Wish we could have stayed longer

Stayed here because of Trip Advisor reviews. Didn't spend much time in the room, went to RMNP which is why we stayed in Estes Park. Clean small apartment is how I would describe it. Furnishings a bit dated but all work. Not luxury by any means. The buildings are connected to each other and crammed around a parking lot. This...

We planned well in advance and in August reserved a River Stone Accessible unit for October as an anniversary getaway for two nights. My husband has MS so I always plan well in advance to make sure we have a room reserved that will fit his needs. Here I reserved a King accessible unit with a roll-in shower. Upon arrival...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. The oversight of your booking into the Accessible unit is was 100% our fault. We can not apologize enough for what occurred, and that it should have been handled differently. We strive to comply with all of our guests' requests and hope they are pleased with the accommodations...

“The loft design of the unit does not provide for quiet or private time. Because of the noise factor around the building, in the unit, and the highway noise on Fall River Road I would not recommend this location for a getaway. However if your looking for "jumping off place" for all the activities in the area you will be find. The unit we were in is privately own and appears it has not been updated since build. I felt it was over priced. Again the managers were great. Nice people”

“E2 is great for handicapped travelers, Any in that row would be good for others, as they are first floor only and right on the river.”
