we stayed at this place for a night back in October during our 5 days trip to Colorado. we were two couples and initially everything was fine even though it did look shady. it was upon our return from the trip to RMNP,that things took a wrong turn.we found that our friends room was locked from the inside. they went...

We booked this place for a night. Flew after work to Denver and drove to Estes park. Reached there at about 10.30 pm. There was nobody in the registration office. Doors were locked. We knocked for good 15 mins. (Temperature outside was -11!) No one called us. Neither did anyone pick call when we reached Denver and tried calling at...

I am sorry that you had this experience and we will look into this issue. During the winter months they are slower in this area and often times do cut back on hours. We will address this issue. Let me offer my sincere apology.

From the first moment we drove up I had a bad feeling about this place! We had booked the Jacuzzi suite and we got it. Filth and all. Wet dirty towels used sheets, rude staff. I don't expect much for that price, but, I do expect clean and friendly! the Jacuzzi had not been cleaned between guest so I sucked...

Don't expect a bunch of amenities here. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep well you go out on your adventures this is a perfect place. Clean and friendly staff. By saving money you sacrifice stuff like shampoo and lotion in the rooms. Loved our stay here!! Will be back again!

We had stayed in a cottage at the place we had stayed before and my parents stayed there many times. The dates we chose to visit Estes Park might not have been the wisest as it was when the Elk Fest was on and the cottages where we were staying only had 2 nights open. We had thought of going...

The facility is older. So, if you are expecting brand new this is not the place. It was very clean and in good repair. They did not have a blow dryer or coffee pot in the room. Since I use one I usually bring my own anyway. It is a couple of minutes to places that serve coffee. So to...

They advertise as the 'cheapest hotel in Estes Park', and they are. This is a no frills motel that provides the basics, but they could really use some TLC and additional staff. There is no breakfast, and no ice machine (there had been one in the main office but it no longer works). Overall it is a place to sleep....

this place is like a slasher movie, horrible and staff is crazy as well. They have no coffee maker, hairdryer, ice machine clock, There were socks on the floor from a previous persons stay, the door had been kicked in a time or two. The dead bolt KEY style was not a real lock and had a plate on the...

Our biggest complaint is that the mattress here literally sunk in the middle. Two people could start off at both ends of the bed, and slowly but surely, they would end up in the middle. In addition, you'll wake up with your face touching the mattress due to the sheet and cover rolling in. Talk about nasty. On our first...
