My wife and I camped here six nights of an anniversary trip to hike RMNP and to enjoy Estes Park. We enjoyed our stay thanks to realistic expectations provided by other reviews.

We had a 20' travel trailer in A15 which was almost impossible to fit into. I have a lot of experience backing a 18' horse trailer, so was able to get our trailer into the spot. It was nerve wracking. I would not choose this...More

When you're driving into the campground, you get an amazing view of the Rockies! This whole campground is awesome. I felt very safe there and campers tend to keep to themselves. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and so appreciated (flushing toilets)
How do you make a reservation at this campground? Does it have more than one name?

We are looking to reserve a spot for our pop up camper. It will be my hubby and our 5 yr old. It will be cooler in temps so shade isn't an issue. We are torn between A33 and A 38. I believe that A 38 doesn't have any views and we'd like to see the mountains. The other options are a68-66?
