We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good room and good price. The pool is heated and the kids enjoyed a cool night swim. The hotel is located in a good area. Close to almost everything. Will stay here again.

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. I was impressed before we even arrived because of the level of customer service I received over the phone. I called ahead and explained that my toddler needs to nap and I was hoping for an early check in, the front desk clerk kindly obliged and also offered...

Greatly exceeded my expectations! The staff is efficient and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and the heat was already turned on and set at a comfortable temperature. A newly remodeled shower was not only pretty but had great water pressure. High-end Bath and Body works soap was also a nice treat!

This place is adorable! It's just a short drive up the hill to town where there is shopping & restaurants. We stayed just the one night. We had originally booked the 3 queen family suite (which was HUGE) but when one of our party of 3 couldn't stay, we opted for a 2 queen room. The staff was extremely friendly...

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, and little fridge. You never know what you'll get when you go to a smaller hotel but they did a wonderful job. Good location to the Stanley and Downtown.

Recently stayed at Hotel Estes and the rooms were lovely and overlooking the lake. We had a massage while there. A bit odd that you have to wait at the desk and then be escorted to a room downstairs, but the massage was very nice overall. The rooms were clean and quite sizable. We rang the desk twice with no...

Pros: Nice on the outside. Front desk attendant was friendly and fast upon arrival. Pet friendly ******* The front desk area was nice and cozy. Very close to the downtown shopping area of Estes as well to pizza, grocery stores, and gas stations. CONS: If you do stay here with a pet....expect the opposite of the rest of the hotel...

Thank you for staying with us. We are very sorry about your experience with the pet friendly room. That is definitely not typical for us. We did recently loose a few housekeepers and were training new ones while being short staffed. It is unacceptable that you guys were able to even tell that it was a pet friendly room. We...

This place was super clean at a great price! It's close to shopping and dining, and has a great view of the mountains. I loved that it included free breakfast as well. This place met my family's expectations and we will definitely be staying here again.

This is our second time to stay here. The rooms are clean. The staff at our arrival were fantastic, friendly and helpful for all of your needs. There are no elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage or heavier items. Be sure to request a first floor room. Nice Continental breakfast in the lobby.
