Comfortable, clean, good access to Estes Park. Estes is only 5 miles away. Theresa and Byron are very professional and Theresa prepared an excellent breakfast. I think the bed was like a California King. I got a good workout trying to find my wife!! The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was small but adequate with only a small shower...

Very nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, and had a private porch, as well as independent entry. Breakfast was excellent. It is about 6 miles from Estes Park, which is very good if you don't want to be in the middle of the tourist crowd. Highly recommended, will definitely be...

We enjoyed our recent stay at Kokopelli Inn, all because of wonderful owners. Theresa was very welcoming, and our breakfasts were really yummy! The room was very comfortable, although bathrooms are quite small. The location is excellent; close to RMNP, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds of tourists.

We arrived to find an envelope with our room key and no other real greeting. The room was fine, the hostess was pleasant, and the breakfasts were good. We did have a bit of trouble finding the driveway in the dark on a fairly busy highway, and would have like to be closer to town. The owners are fairly new...

We were happy to serve you! We have check in times and sometimes in the busy season we have to go to Boulder so you can have "Fresh Seasonal" breakfasts I am glad you enjoyed them. I am glad that this is your review as I am sure you two thought you were the best thing to arrive in Estes...

My husband, 20 yr. old son and I stayed at the Kokopelli Inn for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. It was fantastic! The owners made us feel welcome, were interesting and fun to talk to, and Theresa's breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed our conversations with her and other guests each morning. They are located in a great area -...

We stayed in the Whispering Pines room for 5 nights during September. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Teresa, the "Chief Cook & Bottle Washer", experienced a fall after being thrown from her horse on the afternoon of the second day we were there. Her breakfasts those first two days were fantastic, and we were looking forward to more....

My husband and I stayed in the Kachina Queen Suite for one night after we flew into Denver before hitting Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was huge, very nicely laid out and clean as can be. The bed was VERY comfy and the property was gorgeous- lots of trails from the backyard that unfortunately we did not get to...

Our experience at the Kokopelli was quite reasonable. The room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom was tiny. As others have said, the room was nicely decorated and comfortable but there is no daily maid service. There is a balcony but the road is so close that we did not use it. The owners were friendly and helpful. We...

We enjoyed your staying with us very much. If you wanted an earlier breakfast you should have asked we would have accommodated you, we had no idea... it is only fifteen minutes when people stop in the middle of the road to watch the elk other wise it is 8 minutes with normal traffic. We got the camera....:0!

I am not a picky traveler. It doesn't take much to keep me happy, especially when the point of my visit is to get out and see the city or be in nature. Seems to me like some previous reviewers should really stick to hotels. My expectations were to have a clean, comfortable room, and a good breakfast. The bed...

If you are looking for a down to earth Colorado lodging experience in close proximity to Estes Park, but away from the crowd, stay here. The B&B owners are warm and friendly, the rooms are perfect. This is a great alternative to the chain hotels, especially if you want a superb breakfast and an opportunity to hike right on the...

ABOUT THE INN Come and see for yourself why guests have called us the "Best B&B in the West!".… Trip Advisor gives us 5 STARS. Kokopelli Inn is a Mountain Inn with a Southwestern theme, specially designed and built to offer the finest in accommodations. Each room is unique; all are private, quiet and home-like cozy. After a full day of sightseeing or adventures, come and relax in our private outdoor hot tub nestled at the back of Roosevelt National Forest. Awaken in the morning to the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and just-out-of-the-oven goodies, and as you wrap yourself in one of our robes, you may catch a glimpse of the sunrise casting a rosy glow on the mountain peaks. After breakfast you can explore our 20 wooded acres of wildflower-adorned hillsides, picnicking/climbing on our huge rocks and trails while you contemplate the stunning views, or get on your bike and hit the dirt or road for a beautiful ride, or go explore RMNP/Estes Park. The Inn borders Roosevelt National Forest and has spectacular views to Rocky Mountain National Park & Longs Peak. We are building a training studio with a bunkhouse for training camps. This is the ninth year of the Kokopelli Inn, our first year of celebrating love, nature, and activities with our guests.
