This is a very nice motel. The folks running it is also are very nice. We got in late and stay went out of their way to get us a handy cap room even though there was a sport tourement going on in town.

Fourth time staying at this motel. Second review on this place. First review was great, but this stay fell short of my expectations. Reservation staff quoted me $10.00 too much, but when I checked in the front desk attendant corrected it. Friendliness and requested room location was perfect, but the cleanliness fell short. I won't be specific, but there were...

Greetings, johngM6161PP... Goodness, we do appreciate your repeat business and apologize housekeeping fell short this trip. As you know from your previous stays, this in not what we're known for. We've got a few new folks onboard and are redoubling our training efforts to ensure this kind of situation does not repeat. If there is anything about your room that...

We were looking for a pet friendly property and found it here. The room was clean, good sized and the beds were comfortable. Get a room on the bay side so you'll avoid the traffic noise. The best part of this stay was the price, $75 (we were there in November). There is no complementary breakfast but the restaurant next...

This place is definitely "budget" with no attempt to be better quality. The building is old and in need of maintenance. The interior has gone past the point where it needs updating. The area appeared to be a bit sketchy. You will not have any view regardless of the room.

Hi, HereAndThere79... Sorry we didn't pass muster with you. You didn't give us much to go on without specificities. Suffice it to say, we work hard to provide a clean, comfortable stay in a friendly environment and, if we know of something not to your liking, we'll do our best to correct it. Please know our area is not sketchy...

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom equipment worked well. WiFi and cable TV worked well. Restaurants are conveniently close by. If you're very sensitive to outside noise, pack some earplugs since the harbor has a foghorn that repeats itself all night if turned on. Also, there can be some random sea lion barking. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it didn't...

Hi, Easyflyer... Welcome to the Pacific Coast! Sorry the fog horn and our resident sea lions didn't fade into your background and lull you to sleep. Many tell us it does; however, we're glad you found a way to mitigate the sounds so you could thoroughly enjoy our hotel. Thank you for leaving a review for us as well. You...

This hotel is family owned. Very clean and reasonably priced and is very close to the water. Ask for a water view when booking. CHEAP laundromat on site. Breakfast was your basic continental with waffles. Great place en route up or down the coast for a night

Surprised at the rates we encountered here, considering the location, although it was Labor Day weekend. Decided to go budget, but not "low end" as a result of rated pushing $200 (like Quality Inn - which surprised us). We got two queen beds, No Smoking, in a no frills place. Opened the door and it reeked of smoke and a...

Hi, SYTrustMe... We're sorry your 1st TripAdvisor review was to report displeasure rather than satisfaction. Our town was 100% booked over the Labor Day weekend. We actually had to turn away folks who called from other hotels looking for a room. It appears that your room, albeit a non-smoking room, was in the vicinity of persons who smoked nearby outside...

No frills here but a well kept property with clean rooms and reasonable prices. No elevator so pack a tote. There did not appear to be a pool but the beach is close-by. This is a great stop-over hotel.

We came to crescent city on family vacation and got a nice room that fit our big family of 8 for a great price. We all got to room together in one of the queen suites for a great price. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!
