We visited in December of 2017, a very cozy B & B, the rooms are nice and offer spectacular ocean views. A good location just a little south of Kailua Kona. Carl and Elma were great will stay there in our next visit

Carl and Elma are very friendly hosts. The B&B has a relaxing atmosphere. The upper deck offered stunning sunset views. Tasty breakfast with fresh local fruits! It is quiet and only a short drive to local attractions such as National Parks, beaches, and coffee farms.
