It was average for the price. It's dog friendly so I had some allergy issues. Then folks go off and leave dog and you will hear them bark not to forget they get up at dawn to potty and bark some more. Breakfast was good but tight eating area. Location was good for us with ample parking. We were pulling...

Although we pass through Albuquerque 4-6 times a year, this was the first time we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at I-40 & Eubank. It won't be the last! Yes, it's an older property, but it's certainly well cared-for. Walking distance to two great restaurants, Holiday Inn Express' great breakfast, and easy access from/to I-40 all make this a...

A clean room but you can hear every word of your neighbors conversation. Our room had comfortable beds and pillows. There was adequate parking, even for a full size truck. I am a light sleeper so noise is an issue for me but besides that a nice hotel.

Dear MissMissywood, Thank you for staying with us and providing us with your valuable feedback. We are glad you found our room clean and beds and pillows comfortable. On the other hand, we are disappointed that the noise problem prevented you from fully enjoying your stay. Your feedback regarding this is highly appreciated as this is our best resource for...

We booked a room for three nights to enjoy the city and take the annual bus tour to the Trinity site, sponsored by the National Museum of Nuclear Science. This hotel is convenient to the museum and to many shopping and dining establishments. It is also significantly quieter than other places we have stayed in ABQ. It was very clean...

Our first stop on our trip across country, we are happy to be able to have our small dog with us. The front desk staff was very nice and even gave us some treats for our pooch. The room was clean and breakfast was the usual fare. There is a small grassy area for pets WITH bags available, so it...

Only complaint is I like interior style room setup instead of outside access but that's a preference not a flaw. Staff was great even though a large group of military kids fresh out of boot camp from Cali. were extremely rude. Staff handled it like champs. Had a place to do our laundry due to our teething baby. Also had...

Since this is a Holiday Inn property, I would expect work to be done on this motel in the near future. I was driving alone so my expectations did not need to be high. I got a good night's rest and left early. Stopping early might have given me more choice, but this was not bad.

This is a very old motel, and really needs some refurbishing. It seemed fairly clean. Everything in the room and exterior are old and worn, looking. The bathroom only has a toilet and a shower, but there was not room to hardly turn around, let alone dry off. The air/heating unit was noisy. It has outside entries and is noisy...

Dear roaminhusker, Thank you for your recent stay with us and reviewing our property. It is nice to know that you noticed the cleanliness of the property. However, please accept my sincerest apologies for the air conditioning issue you experienced. I understand the discomfort this caused you. Rest assured that this matter will be looked into. Again, I do apologize...

We stayed one night. Hotel was average for Holiday Inn Express. Staff was very, very friendly. Breakfast was a little soggy/chewy but edible and buffet was well tended by staff. Hotel has indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was right off the indoor pool area but we were informed door was sealed and we had to exit our room...

This is an older property that has been converted to a HIE. We were in room 250, right up over the front desk. Two queen beds which were very comfortable. Shower was excellent, cooler was quiet. TV did exactly the channels advertised. Breakfast was as well done as any we have had in a HIE. Only issue we had was...
