This place charged us $97 for crappy hotel staff, water stains, and outdated everything really. There are water stains everywhere! There is a gap under the door so big you can see the light from outside and it is NOT well lit. It's a very dusky alley light. I will never come here again.

Stayed here for 1 night Dec 27. Our room was ground floor with close parking. The rooms opened to the parking area which I'm not crazy about. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable but the room itself was very drab, dark and outdated. This is a very old building that I surmise HI bought and hope in the...

We have stayed at this motel several times in the past and this trip has an excellent experience as well. This hotel is located with easy access to Interstate 40 and is close to excellent dining and shopping. The way the streets in Albuquerque are laid out getting around town is no problem. The facilities at this hotel are very...

The hotel is very clean and nice with access to a few close places to eat. It is very close to I-40. The area is not terrible or trashy, however it is not the nicest area and has some sketchy people that are always around. The hotel grounds have security though, plus breakfast, laundry area, pool, hot tub and workout...

We had a delightful time at this property. The room was spacious and comfortable, and Newf Ruby was thrilled to find that Albuquerque's best dog park was coincidentally located less than 1000' from our room. The friendly dogs were a treat, but nothing matched the warm New Mexico welcome of their humans as we chatted with the kind of good...

Stayed at this hotel as a last minute stay, we were driving and needed a place to stop. The hotel was being redone and had lots of construction. While the staff was friendly and the property was kept, it was an older hotel and not a typical HI Express.

Motel style Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good. Room was nice. All in all a reasonable place to stay. No issues with wifi or plumbing. Some renovations going on. There is a nice restaurant walking distance called Owls Cafe

Stayed on the ground floor. The outside door opened to a courtyard and the backdoor opened to an indoor swimming pool. Great breakfast and close to any activity or shopping that you would want. Very nice stay and would do it again. The famous Owl Restaurant is right next door.

For the price and the brand name, I was a bit disappointed. Not horrible by any means just kind of drab, front desk staff seemed to not want to be there today, no good restaurants close by, and room was so musty i had to spray room deodorizer all over. After driving over 1000 miles that day, the bed did...

We stayed here for Balloon Fiesta 2016 & would stay here again. Our room was spacious and clean. A bit outdated, but was just fine for our family (2 adults, 1 small child, 1 small dog).
