The hotel was located in a safe and well lighted location. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and bed slept great. Breakfast was very good and lunch was good considering all southwest seasoning on food. The only improving I can say is better toilet paper.

The host hotel for the GON Pow wow.. very friendly and accommodating staff, the warm cookies are the best.. lol.. the rooms are well appointed and spacious, beds are comfortable, My only negative experience is that there are some very narrow parking spots in the lot, and some genius parked so close I had to slide into my car from...

Older hotel with very nice staff and wonderful cookies. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. It has a great location for events held in the Convention Center. It does not have restaurants nearby to walk to except the hotel restaurant. Walking outside alone was not safe for a woman . No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.

Stayed here at the end of a business trip based on proximity to airport, personal preference for Hilton brand while traveling on business, and having an early morning flight. The front desk staff was friendly and the best feature of this property. The parking lot situation is a disaster. Don't expect to fit anything larger than a subcompact into the...

I first off have to say that the staff here is WONDERFUL. They really truly know how to be hospitable! On the other hand I gave only four stars because the little details were missed. On a few occasions I noticed old cups in the hallway and old trays of room service also in my hallway. When I say old...

Loved everything except the parking situation. Be prepared to walk to and from the garage and pay to use the garage. The bar closes too early. The room is super comfortable but the air conditioning unit was loud and rickety.
