I had problems with the staff from the moment of check-in all the way through check-out. I arrived after traveling all day from the East coast and, though there was no problem checking in the two people in front of me, was told that I was too early to check in. I understand if a room is not available, but...

The hotel was excellent in every way, with the exception of a strange little curving drive off of a main street and over an underpass. It is centrally located in ABQ for convenience of proximity to place we wanted to visit while in the city. The hotel was in new condition, pleasant room and eating area. It was as expected...

This is an old place, awkwardly located to get to, and in an environment that seems less than safe at night. On top of that, it is poorly maintained. Walls are very thin, so expect to hear anything your neighbors may be doing at 1am. Breakfast options frequently ran out. Of the two tired elevators they have, one never worked...

Balloon event so it was take what you can get. I would have preferred the I-25 Hampton. This location was not bad but weird to get in and out. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn. This Hampton was laid out very differently than what we are used to. The room was very clean.

This is a great location and value. Stayed here for the Balloon Fiesta last weekend. Tons of restaurants and pubs and shopping within a few miles. Easy access to everything in ABQ. Hotel is nice and staff is great. Stayed on 4th floor and couldn't maintain wifi access. Is noisy, you can hear everything going on next door and in...

Hotel stay in and of itself was fine. See notes in this report. The person was rude to me and put me on hold 20+ minutes. I called HHonors and they said someone would call me back. I was expecting a callback from someone apologizing but instead a guy at the hotel (cant remember his name) called to tell me...

As I've come to expect from this chain, the Hampton Inn University was clean, well-kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive. This is the Hampton I always stay at when I'm in Albuquerque. It's close to the car dealer, Starbucks, gas, and my favorite Indian restaurant. The price is still ok,nalthough I noticed recently that some other Hamptons in other cities have raised their rates, causing me to look elsewhere for more affordable rooms.
