My first time in this city and my stay at this property was wonderful. The staff was extremely nice, even when I locked myself out of my room, they did not act if I was putting out. Breakfast was very good and everything was conveniently located. The rooms were clean and quiet. On my next business trip I will stay...

I frequently travel between Texas and Arizona and this hotel is in a very convenient location off I-40. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the service is very good. There are two very good restaurants next door to the hotel. A complimentary breakfast is offered by the hotel. I will definitely plan to stay here again.

Heard the Residence Inn on Prospect Avenue was the worst of all Residence Inn's in Albuquerque. I am glad the rumors were just rumors. Only drawback is the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here. We moved from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor which was brighter. There's no sunlight shining through the windows on the ground floor due to...

I stay at a lot of different hotels, but I felt comfortable and safe here. The neighborhood isn't particularly nice, but the lodging was very nice and there were plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. The young lady who checked me in was very nice. I was very impressed with the size of the room...

My wife and I spent a couple of nights here because we got snowed out of our nearby house in the mountains! I had critical work meetings I could not miss, so we decided to just bite the bullet, stay in town and enjoy a mini-retreat. We've enjoyed Residence Inns before because they have good sized rooms at a reasonable...

Great hotel. Clean, roomy, and the breakfast was great! We have a family of five that slept well on the two rooms with sofa bed! We will stay here again. Breakfast was good with a wider selection than most continental breakfasts including fresh fruit.

The concept is great: two bedroom lofts with a living room and kitchen. The execution is out of a horror film. Upon arrival, I almost fell over from the pet odor lingering throughout the hotel. The windows were so filthy, they were black. The carpet and all the furniture was dirty and the curtains had dust circulating all around it...

Dear Miss C, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for my hotel. I'm very troubled to read how miserable it was for you. That is certainly not our standard of guest experience and I'm so very sorry. Please contact me anytime because I'm eager to do whatever it takes to make this up to you. I'd...

My room was huge and well appointed. If you need a room for one night, a week or longer, you will be very comfortable here. There's even a fireplace and a full kitchen. Check in was simple and pleasant. Enjoy!

Stayed here during the balloon fiesta. The suite was very large and comfortable. The assistant manager at the desk could not have been more helpful with hints on how to get around during the fiesta. The pool was nice, breakfast was standard free fare. Location was great, close to shopping and good restaurant choices.

First, the room. We stayed in a penthouse suite during a week-long visit in ALBQ for the Balloon Fiesta. It was the perfect size for a long visit. All penthouse suites are on the second floor of the buildings. Those who cannot climb stairs should choose a different type of room. Once inside the unit, the first floor has the...
