After a long day at the airport, my friends and I needed a place to relax. We called for availability and Rebecca was very helpful and nice. She accommodated us last minute and provided a rollaway bed. Our room was very clean! Definitely recommend!

Hard to find fault here-made a reservation the night of as we were traveling in to catch a flight the next day. The front desk agent, Christine, was very helpful and when I had some more detailed room questions (we have 3 kids, which is always challenging), she transferred me to her manager (female, I'm sorry I don't remember her...

Mother’s Day Brunch at the Sheraton Uptown was the best. I took my 86 year old mother who enjoyed it thoroughly. There is so much choice! The breakfast items, my favorite Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas and the carved Roast beef! And so many delicious desserts. The staff was very attentive...... We will be back!

This is possibly the worst experience to date! Our booking was messed up, we were booked with a rollaway bed putting 5 in one room. Arrived to check in to be informed that we couldn't have extra bed as against fire regs, it's also too late to cancel!!! I complained and was advised on this occasion we could have the...

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the confusion, it is pretty standard in many hotels a roll-a-way bed does not have the space to fit into a room with two beds without blocking the door to the room. We can fit the roll-a-ways in our rooms without blocking the door but it does take moving some furniture. I will...

The Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown had a great Easter lunch buffet. We arrived at our scheduled reservation time and were seated promptly. The food was great, especially the salmon. The desert bar was amazing and they even had cannoli. Thank you for making this a special Easter.

The Easter Brunch at the Sheraton Uptown was really good in 2016, so our family decided to try it again in 2017. This year's brunch was even better. The roast beef was great as was the salmon. Plus having mini waffles at the omelet station was a great addition. Also the desserts were super! It seems as though more and...

This old hotel has transferred ownership many times over the years and in its heyday was owned by the famous Maloof family and named the "Ramada Classic". The Maloofs sold the property to help finance professional sports teams and a prominent casino hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Today, the hotel is anything but classic: service from the front desk to...

Having traveled a decent amount, it intrigues me to see the difference between Sheratons in the US and overseas. Is anyone really proud of working for a Sheraton in the US? Visited Albuquerque after 6 nights in Santa Fe. Ruby at the front desk rose to the occasion after first telling us there would be no upgrade and that it...

The Easter Brunch made our Easter the easiest and best holiday we had. Great egg hunt for the kids and an incredible buffet. The staff, and food were excellent. This is also the only hotel our family and friends stay at when visiting Albuquerque. Simply the best in town in every way.

I was at this hotel for a conference, and it met my expectations in all respects -- comfortable and spacious bedroom, nice conference rooms, good food, and excellent staff attention. My one quibble is that it is difficult to get the room cool at night via the air conditioning. It appears to have a lower limit of 60 degrees whereas...
