I learned a very valuable lesson on Thursday, December 8th, 2016. I'd read about it but never considered I'd have a problem. That said, I love this hotel! The hotel gave me a room that someone else had already checked into. I assumed that the previous guest had simply left a couple of things behind. I called housekeeping to ask...

Came for business, this is a wonderful hotel, room service, great beds, great room, could use a better shower head but still very nice! Downfall for someone like myself is that it is expensive, IF the business had not paid for it there is no way I could afford it! However for higher class it is a great place to...

We stayed here last night on our cross country trip to Phoenix. We always prefer to stay in a local establishment and Hotel Albuquerque fit the bill. Not so much. The area was heavily under construction, so ugly, which should improve with time. The hotel lobby is attractive. The one major plus was the staff, who to a tee were...

Hotel Albuquerque is vey convenient to the Old Town Hoistoric area and was quiet even though close to Rte 40. Easy access to airport and a short walk into old town. Room was fantasitc with southern view toward Old Town green and the Historic Church. Restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Bar was warm and friendly with a...

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of December, and were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and well-kept the hotel was, especially for the price. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with one sticking point being the tiny shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Not only did my toothbrush fall off that shelf and onto the floor, my tongue...

Clean and comfortable within walking distance to Old Town, Albuquerque, NM. The hotel also offered a nice view of Albuquerque and the mountains from the room. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful (needed to get & receive a fax and xerox a few business forms, etc.). I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Albuquerque is ideally sited if you want to be in easy walking distance to Old Town. The lobby is quite warm and impressive, and we found the staff to be courteous and friendly. The rooms themselves, however, are somewhat dated and could be spiffed up with new wallpaper and furnishings. Basic things that one has come to expect --...

We stayed here in our way to El Paso. We had a great experience. From the front desk warm greeting to Austin helping us with our margarita decision making, to the room service ( Seahawks were playing!) server.... ALL were so friendly. Now, about the room.. even though it was a non smoking room we definitely smelled a slight smoke...

The Hotel Albuquerque has a beautiful Southwestern style lobby, large guest rooms, and a friendly staff. It is a block from Old Town. It is where we always stay in Albuquerque. Guests receive 15% off in all of the hotels restaurants.
