Good location in the Historical District. Enjoyed visiting the shops, restaurants and the beautiful church. The restaurant at the hotel is nice and the prices are good. We arrived to the hotel after 6:30 p.m. and was happy to experience a great evening at the restaurant. Our waiter, Noble, made us feel special and gave us great service.

Our room was very comfortable. We skipped maid service on two of the days here, but we wanted it one day when they never came. We had to chase down maid service for some extra towels on that day. When the maids came they were not good at replenishing the towels or the complimentary toiletries. That seemed odd to us.... More

Imagine a huge chain hotel in a great location with great people, now imagine it's not a chain. Love this place. It's well decorated, spacious, has space for events, and don't bother going out to eat when the restaurant downstairs is FANTASTIC. The service is excellent, the people are great, the rooms are HUGE, and the customer service is second... More

History, elegance and a very good staff make this the place to stay in Old Albuquerque. The room and service were excellent. Close proximity to shops and Old Town. Beautiful outdoor gardens and a nice bar for drinks and dinner. Excellent value.

We spent one night at the Hotel Albuquerque. The twin room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the pool was closed during the winter season. The free parking downstairs is convenient.

The Hotel Albuquerque provided a great setting for our adventures in the area. Its central location was perfect with its close proximity to Old Town and its ease to connecting with the interstate. The reception was warm and welcoming at the front desk. Charlotte was so friendly and sincere in her introduction to the hotel and its features. Our spacious... More

This is the perfect hotel for getting introduced to Albuquerque. Located near Old Town, restaurants, galleries, shops, and museums, you can explore the nearby attractions on foot, and, with free in and out parking, drive to other attractions. The rooms are large and comfortable.

They need better cleaners. There was food under the center table. The toilet bowl was not cleaned from the bottom. I happen to drop something on the floor below the toilet and noticed it. The shower drainage was super slow. If the price is low this hotel is ok. But they are not as good as the website seems to... More

Soon upon entering, Jeremiah greeted us like family able to accommodate an early check in for my husband as I needed to be at my meeting right away. When there was an issue with our room, the night manager took charge and made it all well in record time. Regrettably I forgot the hostesses name who was so warm and... More

Nice hotel. 1 block from old town. Good restaurant and bar inside. Friendly staff. Pool is closed during winter months. Parking close to back entrance. Gift shop. Convention center. We stayed just one night but enjoyed the service and amenities.
