This hotel has been a Ramada on-and-off for years. It's OK. They've done some updating to the rooms but overall the place is kind of tired. My room -- on the ground floor of building "C" -- had low ceilings and felt somewhat "cave-like". However, everything worked, the room was clean enough and wi-fi was suitably fast. Michael, at check-in,...

The heater did not warm the room up and there was a big gap at the bottom of the door. We had to put a blanket at the bottom of the door so no one could see into a he room. The safety latch was not secured to the door. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

It was late. We had been driving through sleet and snow.Michael was our front desk host. He was so gracious and helpful and pleasant. He made our stay there pleasant. We called ahead of time and asked if any rooms were available . He said there were some available and he would be there until 11. We enjoyed our stay...

Professional staff, nice rooms and they are pet friendly ! although the only negative was they were some college kids next to us, they some noise at night for a brief moment like 15 minutes, were so tired we slept thru it, so ask for a room that its not next to college kids.

Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Had coffee and teas out all day long. Surprised by how much food was out for breakfast, plenty of stuff to eat. A little disappointing that hot tub was closed for the season, but otherwise a nice place to say.

The Ramada Inn East is still my go to in Albuquerque. I have been coming here for six months now and there is no reason to change. The staff are great. I requested an extra item for the room and it was brought up in a couple of minutes. Each and every time I stay I am more than satisfied...

The staff at this motel was exceptional. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and happy. The property is older, but room was very clean and quiet. Nice grounds. Price was very reasonable. All in all a great find.
