HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 11 April 2017 via mobile

Spent 5 days here. For the price a great bargain. Breakfast basic but hot and plenty choices and clean. 1st free internet that actually worked decently. Staff had good dining suggestions. Great location for old town or downtown or freeway.

I reserved this place on-line in advance of our trip. The first thing we noticed on arrival was that the Howard Johnsons Restaurant is not open and looks like its been abandoned for quite some time. The parking is limited at best and the hotel itself is quite dated and in dire need of upgrading or remodeling. The room was...

I've stayed here several times over the last 4 yrs, because it's so close to the downtown hospitals. I love the views of downtown (you need to get a 2-queen-beds room for just a little extra). The beds are comfy & well-dressed, the carpets, linens & bathrooms are quite nice. Clean. It's great to have a fridge & microwave. The...

We definitely enjoyed our overnight stay at Howard Johnson Albq Midtown. The pricing was right on the money and the king-size bed and pillows were so comfortable and, quite frankly, a lot better than some pricier hotels we have stayed in the past. Courtesy breakfast rivaled those offered by, again, pricier hotels. We highly recommend this down-to-earth hotel to anyone...

They are working on updating the Hotel as this is an older location and are doing a good job. The staff works hard to make our stay enjoyable. We will stay here when we travel to Albuquerque again. The check in staff are as pleasant as I have ever been around.

Stay was what we expected. Easy on, easy off the highway, close to the airport, and good value. Hotelstaff was very friendly. David at the front desk was awesome. Rooms were okay. Shower was old and in rough shape. Could use some tlc. Breakfast was good in the am. Was able to start the day rested and fed. Thanks HoJo!

It is an older property and so suffers the ravages of having many users over the years. Not enough electrical outlets, poor grade of toilet paper, Wi-Fi didn't work most of the time, hallways a bit dingy. But staff was eager to help with needed towels. Breakfast lacked any kind of protein.
