Hotel Andaluz is a very different hotel, having incredible character and style that's not found in most modern, cookie-cutter hotels. It is a boutique hotel with great staff always willing to help you. Just like the unique nature of their lobby, the sleeping rooms all a little different. Ours was a Corner Vista King with two windows, a king bed...

If you like eclectic and you are of the "green" persuasion, you will love the Andaluz. This hotel has a lot of character AND class. Some reviews have complained about the customer service at this hotel, but we found that the customer service was great, and in fact, every staff member went out of his or her way to accommodate...

The design in this hotel is beautiful: the rooms, the restaurants, the rooftop bar. Every detail of this hotel was designed by someone carefully. The parking is overpriced. There are several lots within a block that cost half as much as their valet parking (up to 20 hours of parking for &8 instead of $16 per day). There are plenty...

We arrived for a very late for lunch on two consecutive days. The kitchen was closed, but Otto went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted, and we never felt rushed. The food continues to be exceptional with service to match. We'll keep coming back.

A lovely GREEN hotel with an excellent employee named Ethan, who welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable! (Truthfully, we were tired and his wonderful enthusiasm curbside made us stay! )The one bedroom suite is lovely with great finishes and design. The room and bath are well-appointed with attention to detail. Proof green conscious design can be esthetically pleasing...

I stayed here with my fiancee for one night during a road trip after our engagement and had a lovely time at this romantic boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was large and nicely furnished. The lobby is beautiful and the rooftop bar was nice to sit in the sun and enjoy an early evening drink. Personally...

Excellent hotel and staff; the hotel has been remodeled and the rooms were light, modern and bathroom fixtures high quality (excellent shower; glass topped vanity). Comfy chairs and plenty of space in the corner rooms. Extravagant lounge area with lots of sofas and alcoves for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers. Excellent wine selection in the wine bar and the restaurant and...

Nice hotel. We arrived at night and the signage was tough to see so we did a few laps around the block. Not much for parking when you pull up but they have access to a self park and valet. Valet just wasn't there when we arrived. No door man or bellman Rooms were clean and had a suite. Blinds...

This is a lovely hotel inside, with great attention to detail. We had a lovely clean spacious room too. The valet told us there were not any tours of the city! So we had to google it (there were no leaflets on tours either in the reception) We found a fabulous Tour company, thankfully, on line, and booked it ourselves....

Don't make the mistake of valet parking at this hotel. They damaged my car, promised to check the video tape, never did, never followed up, finally spoke to the manager after weeks of trying.
