Decent enough hotel, but not quite up to the level of other Regency hotels I've stayed in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Concierge desk was rarely staffed, and he restaurant lacked much in the way of choice- very limited options. Then when we called room service, we found that there were choices not available in the restaurant, or at least...

This was our home away from home for the 2016 USA Track & Field Masters Indoor Championship Meet. Location was perfect. Accommodations were top notch. Good restaurant, bar and Starbucks. This is particularly important on weekends when not much is open within walking distance downtown.

This was my second stay in 6 months at the hotel. The service was great but for the second time I didn't get a good night's sleep because of the lumpy mattress that clearly had not been flipped in years....I kept rolling down one side and then the other, trying to stay in the sweet spot in the middle! Food...

Normally the Hyatt Regency brand conjures images of a modern and high-standard hotel. Unfortunately the ABQ Hyatt Regency did not fare well to this standard. Staff was somewhat uninterested. The room was large, but really dark, even with all the lights turned on. The bathroom was really dated, with a toilet out of the early 1980s. Unfortunately the bed was...

I was cold the entire satay,, United States
Reviewed 8 March 2016

I was cold the entire stay, even wearing a jacket, could get no heat. Twice the shower temp was below acceptable, one time it was barely lukewarm. You are saving money on heat and will lose it in future business, in my opinion.

Our Spring weather has be unseasonalbly warm and this has been great for guests to be outside without jackets. This is unusual that you experienced this and we are sorry that you felt cold during your stay.

Arrived without a reservation late at night and we were able to get a room. Front desk girl was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The sheets were due for replacement, but otherwise I have no complaints. I would consider staying here again. The parking ramp is around the block and was crowded, but spaces...
