The Hyatt is the best hotel for business in ABQ. The staff is warm and professional, the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated, the location is in the hole art of the city and the restaurant, hotel amenities and guest rooms are first rate

During my recent stay at this hotel I returned at the end of the day to find my room had not been cleaned. The next day I dropped laundry off in the morning before 9 a.m. so that it would returned the same day as promised. After inquiring with housekeeping this evening regarding the status of my laundry, I was... More

Thank you for being our guest at The Hyatt Regency and for your review. We are disappointed if there is ever an issue that makes out guests stay less than Excellent. Our policy is to day clean our guests room each day of their stay. Also, we strive to have our guest’s laundry returned in the time frame promised. Our... More

I stayed at this hotel from 09/15/16-09/19/16. I was in room 1318. It was a corner room that was clean but needed updating. The furniture looked like it was from the 1970's or 1980's. The only updated furniture was the desk and chair where the phone was. I would have liked a microwave, a small refrigerator, wifi in the room... More

They tip themselves from check in to check out is horrible.the restaurant service was their to seat you and then give you a bill with their own tip included no service in between. The room had filthy sheets and the bell hop couldn't even be bothered to open the door

Friendly and accommodating staff. Basic Hyatt regency high rise. Great/large gym. Suite Rooms need some upgrading, but quite nice overall. Good bfast restaurant. Downtown is dead at night. In two stays I think it's one of the best properties in town. We like the resort about 20 miles out.

I don't feel that this Hotel does the Hyatt Tegency Justice. I think it was sub standard and the continental breakfast was not clarified to the guest at check in. When I have to pay 35.00 for one continental breakfast plate that is unrealistic to your guest. When we brought in more than 200 team players from the local states... More

this hotel is located downtown but so are several other hotels. I will say the staff was very friendly and tried to meet our needs. But the bad out weighs the good at this hotel. The elevator garage smells like sewer. From the moment you step onto the elevators in the hotel lobby till you get out into the garage.... More

This is an excellent hotel. I was able to check in without a lengthy waiting period. The staff was courteous and friendly. There are a few restaurants in the hotel and the food was a little expensive, but the quality and taste of the food was great.
