First the Awe: The lobby and atrium is stunning. Beautiful and soothing waterfall and comfortable seating. ALL the staff was exceptional: warm, interested and helpful. Our suite was large, well appointed with good lighting and nice artwork. It had a very comfortable bed. I'm tall and OCD, so can report that the room was clean, and the top of mirrors,...

The room met my expectations. However, the cleaning service never changed seats (stayed there 4 nights) and the quality of the food at the restaurant was disappointing. This was a trip for interview purposes and getting to know the market. While this was not a JW, it was supposed to be better than a Courtyard level...and was not. Please improve...

Dear andrewkamm66, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. In regard to the cleaning service, I checked your account and see that you were with us for three nights. As part of being a green hotel, we change the bed linen every three days unless the guest places the linen service card on the bed. I am...

this property is in great need of a makeover looks from the 70's or 80's the room itself was large but the bathroom was way to small if you are 2 or more everything looks old and in need of repair downstairs in the lobby everything has been redone the staff couldn't be nicer the concierge level had a good...

Dear brittGlendora_Ca Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your recent visit. We are so glad that you liked the first of our updating projects which was the renovation of our atrium, lobby, front desk, restaurant and bar. We have found that our guests really love the new look and the multiple use of the restaurant/bar,...

Gross. Reminds one of a minimum security jail. Threadbare rooms, dirty common areas and the ambiance of sad convention center hallway hosting a discounted supplicants trade show. The staff are SUPER NICE (plus one star) and beds are comfortable and bedding nice but even know I landed a sweet deal I will not be, unless in handcuffs.

Stayed at the Marriott Pyramid hotel in Albuquerque this week. Very nice hotel with large rooms and great bar and restaurant area. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Perfect central location just off of I25.

The hotel was being used by many Martial Art participants, which is awesome. One place they do not belong is in the Bar area. The hotel could have been more proactive and relocated them down by the waterfall, where their entire group could have enjoyed each other's company and myself and my husband could have enjoyed adult conversation in an...

Stayed here for one night after late evening flight into Albuquerque, with plans to continue to Santa Fe the next day. The distinctive architecture made it easy to spot the hotel from the highway and we were pleased to find that parking was free, a rarity nowadays in city hotels. The desk clerk was very helpful and got us into...

Whenever I visit Albuquerque, I stay at the Marriott in uptown on Louisiana. I thought I would try this hotel for a change. Seeing that it is slightly more expensive, I expected a nicer hotel. Big mistake. The room they put me in is half the size, does not have a refrigerator, has one tiny window that literally looks at...

Dear Juliana S, Thank for your comments as we appreciate hearing from our guests and getting their feedback. We are sorry that you did not like the window features of your room. Because of the shape of our building, a very, very small percentage of our rooms have a smaller window. The majority of the rooms have multiple windows across...

Yes your approach and the interior is lovely and impressive and the check in was a breeze. We had requested a king bed and given a queen, when asked, the clerks said they had no other option for us. The room was large enough but outdated and for the price of these hotels they could shampoo carpets and change trappings...

We came down here to meet some family. The room was spacious and had all that we needed. The bones are old but it was nicely kept up. We spend part of the evening in the atrium. The bar service was good and it was a nice place to meet and talk. Parking was handy. We would stay here again.
