slots are horrible, people are unhappy, food has gone downhill, waste of time and certainly waste of money. Just go in on any day of the week and listen to what people are complaining about, no one wants to feed a machine with absolutely no return. They are fattening their wallets and could care less about retaining customers, sad.

Spent a week there in May of 2015. I do not gamble and only walked through the casino to get excellent pizza by the slice and or free hot chocolate. The rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaning staff did an really good top notch job of cleaning the rooms daily. The location of the hotel was fantastic...

Solid accomodations and excellent dining at the resort restuarants. Staff was very nice and the rooms spotless. Golf bag shop staff was friendly and did a great job with our golf clubs and getting back to the concierge each night. Pro shop staff could be a bit more friendly and accomodating as they seemed to be distracted. Golf course conditions...

The hotel is so clean and the rooms as well..the beds are incredibly comfy and somehow the rooms are quiet because the walls must be well insulated...the location is perfect without alot of traffic but still well located off the 25 fwy...the buffet was good but not as good as last time..the quick cafe in the left rear corner was...

I stayed here for a conference and was pleasantly surprised as to the accommodations and equally surprised by the excellent customer service. I stayed on the fifth floor in a king room overlooking the city; the view was sparkling with lights and serene when snow was falling. The halls were rather noisy during the day due to the number of...

We had visited the casino a few times, but never stayed there before this trip. We arrived before check in time, but the receptionist welcomed us and was able to get us checked in. We requested a high floor with a mountain view and received both. We also received a corner room that was a little larger than the other...

We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting relatives in Rio Rancho. We were made to feel at home by all staff throughout the visit. Concierge arranged car hire and even dropped us off to collect the car! Elmer in the restaurant was one of the best waiters we've ever experienced. All in all enjoyed all aspects of the resort. We'd...

The rooms are nice but certainly not worth what you lose in the casino. The slots are so tight since the construction started and now that it is finished they are just as tight as ever. Better bet for the money is to go somewhere else regardless of what they advertise.

Once a year I go visit and play at the casino. My last visit was business related and was able to eat at the top in the Ben Sur restaurant. Bring your wallet and food pallet. I believe this casino has the best decor in the area.
