Called the wrong Holiday Inn for a ride from the airport. A very friendly, clean cut, well dressed young man picked us up and when I realized my mistake, he was very courteous to drive us a few blocks to the correct hotel. My red face and late hour caused me to leave a small case in the van. When...

My room had plenty of space, comfortable bed, Love the shower and water pressure was great. Good price for the room. linens were nice and white, no questionable stains. Breakfast in the lobby café was very good. Quick and free shuttle service and anywhere in a 3 mile radius. Overall a great stay.

The rooms were average and clean. I loved the snail shower and the hot water pressure. That was very relaxing. All else was good and average to price paid. Overall, nice stay. The only trouble was a little noise from the room above from children jumping around.

Do you like sleeping with other people's body fluids on the linens, walls and furniture? If so, this is the place for you. If I can't laugh at this experience, I would be crying. Look at my pictures and see for yourself. Due to the Balloon Fiesta, my regular beloved hotel was booked, so this was all that was left....

We stayed here in mid September on a road trip from Prescott AZ. Location was quiet and service as very good. Since we are priority club members we received a choice of water, coupons for a free drink, or snacks. We chose the free drinks and enjoyed them prior to our dinner at the hotel restaurant. In the morning we...

Staff was awesome. Mary the bartender was a real gem. The food was good. Breakfast was great. The rooms were a little musty smelling, the bathroom the next morning smelled a little like sewer, but we would stay there again.

Beautiful room! Great linens on bed. Great availability of a shuttle that will take you up to 3 miles away & pick up, too! I was just disappointed that there wasn't free breakfast but otherwise the staff is courteous, maids are VERY kind, and shuttle is easy to arrange.

This hotel is worn and dated. The newest thing is the flooring. First off the room had stains on the carpet, the bench was stained beyond belief, marks and stains on the walls. The restaurant was a joke except for the waitress, she was great. 5 customers in the restaurant and it took 50 minutes to get a hamburger and...

The hotel is under renovation so it's a bit dusty and the front entrance was being painted. But the shuttle service and driver were expeditious and courteous. Rooms are smallish, the bathrooms slightly discombobulated but clean. A good place to stay right next to the airport if you are taking an early flight! Great price/quality ratio
