The room is lovely if outdated, but check in was difficult. I'm Hilton diamond and there was a long wait and no separate hhonors line. We finally get to the room and order some room service before going to the balloon fiesta and the food was inedible. We called to complain and the manager said there was nothing they could...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 2 January 2017 via mobile

Booked a package for New Years Eve. From check in until check out, it was a great stay. The staff was more than professional and friendly. The night was superb. The banquet staff was good. My only complaint is that I have stayed at many Embassy Suite locations that had White Zinfandel wine available during cocktail reception hours. It was...

DO NOT STAY at this hotel if you are using Hilton Honors Points. I booked 4 rooms with points and was charged full price for one. Since I receive my hotel bills via e-mail, I did not find this out until I was on a plane heading home. I have made 3 calls to this hotel leaving voice and written...

Great service, accommodations, and central location to activities. Would stay here again at any time for both business and pleasure. For breakfast was unexpected and the staff were very very friendly. Easy check out and check in and accommodating for late check out

The hotel and staff were overall excellent and accommodating. Upon my arrival, my room was not available for the night that I had booked. The front desk staff was more than helpful in getting me into a room for the night (which happened to be a major upgrade from my original booking). I'm not sure if my HHonors status helped...

This is a very nice hotel. Clean great staff with many amenities. It has free breakfast, wifi, and drinks in the evenings. It is a little pricy though but I guess you get what you pay for. It is located in a prime location near downtown. It is very busy though between conferences and wedding.

Only stayed here for one night. It is near the airport, but needs an update badly. The plaster is coming off the wall in our room. The sofa cushions are ripped. The afternoon happy hour is basically chips and cheese and crackers. We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn't ready. The pool has so much chlorine it burns your...

Literally every staff member was fantastic during our stay. Whoever does their staff training has done a wonderful job. The kitchen staff, especially James Garcia, was outstanding. In the 5 days we were at this property, he knew us all by name and treated us like we were a part of his family. This obviously made our stay more comfortable,...

Almost excellent but the room was too hot. Friendly staff in all areas, delicious breakfast and cocktail evening. All amenities are taken care. Definitely, best Spa in the area. The location is centralize to the university and downtown. Enjoy the spacious rooms.

This is a wonderful hotel with a very caring and attentive staff. It is convenient to everything by car but a walk to downtown locations. It also offers the best view in Albuquerque other than from the top of nearby Sandia Peak!
