My husband and I stayed here for anniversary. Since the last time I was there they have upgraded the TV to flat screens and redid the flooring. Everything was great, beds as always very comfortable. Front desk staff wonderful. I forgot my boots and live far. I called the next day and they held them until my sister could get...

I stay here more often than any hotel when in Albuquerque. The price and central location is why. However, I've noticed over my past several stays a steady decline. The desk staff is fine and they haven't screwed up my reservations too often, which is good. What is declining is the Housekeeping. For instance on 3 out of 3 recent...

The hotel was very nice for the price. The checkin was smooth, the rooms provided were clean. It has a nice kitchenette for those who prefer to cook something Overall, I liked the stay and will stay again if I visit the city once again

Really nice hotel. Great customer service and very cozy rooms. Clean kitchens and ample parking. Good news for pet keepers since they can keep pets inside. Good security system and has all the good restaurants around the hotel.

I stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay for three nights during the ABQ Int'l Balloon Fiesta Oct 2015. I had booked two rooms for that weekend initially, that were non-changeable and non-refundable. The rooms are nothing fancy, the pillows and mattresses aren't great, but it's clean and I wasn't paying for 4-star rooms so no matter. When my friend couldn't...

As if I needed to feel worse about my station in life, not being able to afford a nicer place do I still need to feel like I have arrived at skid row?? This was the only place at a reasonable price because of the Balloon Festival but still is no excuse for how bad it was. The room had...

The place is outdated and and worn down. The room had this murky smell and it had the tired look. Also, the bed was saggy and had a very bad internet connection. The hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood as well. I guess you get what you pay for.

Our room was nonsmoking and smelled of stale smoke and strong cleaning products. The kitchens are basic. Our friends who were staying there too only had one pot. We had two. Their burners were covered with melted plastic. The entire time we were there staff was running around everywhere but it didn't look like much was getting done. A dog...
