This is a great hotel for someone on a very tight budget, the pool was warm and the hot tub was relaxing, great room, comfortable bed, could have a better continental breakfast though, went down at 630 a.m. to find only a choice of Cheerios, Raisin Bran, or white bread for toast, not the best selection, however you get what... So first of all this manager saw my military ID when I pull my license out and all of a sudden he asked for a $50 dollar deposit. So I told him I am going somewhere else. I get in the car and start to pull out, he stops me and says that he will waive the fee. As I... More

New day, new management for two weeks I hear. I read some of the bad reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was friendly and helped with some difficulties I had with a late Sunday morning check in. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are beautiful. The room I had, king sized bed with sofa was very clean. The... More

Check in was ok, but driving around the building to get to the entrance, we saw the building in disrepair. The key card entry, doesn't work. Stones were used to prop doors open, so that residents could return to their rooms. The halls smell of stale smoke, piss, and marijuana. As we entered the room, I noticed a broken window,... More

Checked in and clerk was paying more attention to baby sitting her young kid than providing a quick check-in. Felt a little uncomfortable with that, but she was friendly. Parking lot was a mess, there was a lot of trash flying around. The entrance door key card was broke and allowed access all night and the hallways were dirty and... More

Went private two months before I arrived after making reservation several months before on the Red Roof Web site. No one notified me of changes. The owner would not honor my reservation but charged an additional $20.00. We arrived late and had dogs so had no choice but to take the room. It was probably the worst room I have... More

Went private two weeks before I arrived after making reservation several months before the red Roof Web site. No one notified me of changes. The owner accommodated my booking. The accommodation was sparce but clean. Were given two queen sized beds on the main floor. No microwave or fridge, heater controls not working properly so caught a chill, no drain... More

Only reason we stayed here, we were dead tired and it was a pet friendly hotel. The first room they tried to give us everything was broken, the heat didn't work, the phone didn't work, the TV didn't work and it smelled. The second room they put us in was an improvement, but we ended up having a vehicle broken... More
