I travel on business and for the most part the hotels I stay at are quite nice, this was not. I will say however the staff was excellent and very accommodating. I was there for five nights and had to listen to dogs in the adjoining rooms barking late into the evening and early in the morning. Also the location...

Was happy with the accommodations. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again. Easy for me to get around town and get back. The breakfast was not bad and gave lots of choices.

The location is close to freeway and arterial - constant traffic noise. Rooms are good - large, basic amenities. Staff cordial and unexceptional. In a sterile mall environment. Good value but could do better.

I'm sorry that you didn't have an exceptional stay with us. I would like to suggest, should you come back to stay with us, to book a mountain view room as these will be located on the parking lot side of the building. This will be away from 12th street and the freeway to alleviate the traffic noise you experienced...

We had a great two night stay at this hotel while we were visiting Albuquerque. The staff were all very nice which was great after a long drive. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a Starbucks right next door which was great for my morning drink. The hotel is in a great location with an...

Since we were doing a lot of hiking in the area we took advantage of the hotels' washer and dryer facility to refresh. Also appreciated the hotels' proximity to good old town resturants...make reservations.

Thank you so much for your review, we hope to see you in the future if your travels bring you back to Albuquerque. If you do come back to the area may I suggest checking out the Ojito Wilderness area just northwest of Albuquerque as it is one of my favorite areas to hike/bike.

I smile as I write the title of this review:) Some things become easier when there is a McDonalds and a Starbucks within walking distance ... Great staff at the hotel...room was clean and the free use of the computers in the business center made it easy for looking up places to see. We had a great view of the...

This hotel provided exceptionally friendly service! Gracious check in staff. Nice touch of cocoa and hot apple cider in the lobby. Very comfortable room with lots of space. Breakfast room was welcoming and well stocked. During our stay, the temperature plummeted and unexpected snow fell. The manager was very helpful, circulating in the breakfast room with advice about travel options...

This property was clean quite and well staffed. The bed was TERRIBLE! JUst drove 800 miles and was expecting a good nights sleep. For $90+ a night you think they would invest in a good mattress. Lower back pain all the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard bill of fare.

Good room with all the expected Holiday Inn Express features but the area is a bit urban with busy streets and just a bit downtrodden. HOWEVER, the hotel is across the street from the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center which not only has a nice museum but also has a wonderful café. And a Starbucks is right next door.

This hotel was clean, cheap, and perfect for our overnight stay on our long drive to see family. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, and we liked the location. It's right next to a Starbucks and and few other places and we could see the hot air balloons when we woke up in the morning.

Dear Lindsey C, Thank you for writing such a nice review. I'm glad to hear we were a perfect option for a short stop in Albuquerque. On another note how magical is that waking up to hot air balloons in the sky. We hope you will stay with us again soon. Thank you again, Haleah
