Didn't stop at a hotel in Albuquerque like we should have as we headed west and got worried that we wouldn't come across a good hotel for quite a while when out of the deep dark we saw the bright neon of the Route 66 Hotel and Casino. Decided to check it out hoping it would be at least adequate....

We came with a friend for a night of gambling. The buffet was an added pleasure. The brazilian meat was excellent! I had 3 pieces. Tip-Stay away from the pastry section-food is dry. Also, the Filet Mignon in the Italian section is tough. But shrimp is plentiful and the atmosphere is good.

We used to stay in Albuquerque but prefer this Hotel for cleanliness, quietness and comfortable beds. Have stayed here before and we are always impressed. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The rates were very good, great buffet and if you like a casino, it has new slots--and lots of them and gives lots of action.

Don't go here if you expect secured parking lot ! Someone tried to steal our vehicle and when they couldn't start it they stole everything in it !!!!! Security even admitted it happens all the time. Hotel acted like they could care less!!!!! Fair warning folks !

We had a really good time as we were driving back from California. Not to big but friendly staff. Clean and the smoke wasn't too bad. Rooms were very reasonable. Not much for new member comps. Several eateries and live music in the bar.

Route 66 Casino and Hotel is a great place to visit, with great memorabilia, but not to stay at! Rooms below average, very seedy and strange characters in the lobby and casino. We were suppose to spend two nights, but checked out after our first night. Slots barely payoff, table games horrible, a visit...drop $40...then move on! We left and...

We came here for a concert. The hotel is awesome for less than eighty-one dollars a night. By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at for that price. The rooms are clean, modern and I would honestly expect to pay over $200 for a hotel like this. If I am ever going through the area again, I will...

Ok for the good stuff: kids loved kids quest. They're 5, 9, & 12 & all 3 had a great time! We felt safe with them there & they already want to go back. Your hotel key gets a 10% discount, that helps too. The thunder road steakhouse was great. The buffet was terrible. Waited in line for 30 min...

We were driving round-trip from Nevada to South Carolina. The room was nice and the rate was good. The coffee pot is odd. There was only one packet in the room and there were three of us traveling. The hotel desk charges $l.00 each if you ask for additional packets. Minimal amount, but the ideal of charging when there wasn't...

We were driving across country and pulled in for fuel. It was late, we were tired and had been driving through a storm. Front desk agent was super friendly along with whoever answered the phone. They offer a AAA rate and have very nicely appointed rooms. Incredible comfy bed with large nice flatscreen tv and they gave us a bunch...
