The staff at the Hilton in Salt Lake City were very welcoming and helpful. We had a last minute stay with no reservation and we were instantly impressed by the service as both friendly and efficient. The value of the hotel rate was excellent, the rooms are large and clean and pool was superb! We would definitely stay there again...

Clean, comfortable, friendly -- and great walking distance to bars, shopping, restaurants! This hotel has an usually large pool and fitness rooms which are really nice! The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a great cook to order omelette bar. I did not eat at Spencers (hotel restaurant) because it was too pricey for my taste. Parking garage is a...

In town on business for one night; staying at the Hilton was an excellent choice. Despite my business meeting being in North Salt Lake, the Hilton location (less than 15 minutes from North Salt Lake) is close to Temple Square and many downtown restaurants and shops. Very safe area and enjoyable to walk around the area in the evening. Nice...

This Hilton offers the best of everything! It is right across the street from the Convention Center and has downtown shopping and restaurants right out the door. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The rooms and facilities are top notch. We planned a group stay and sales were very helpful. Very good quality for a reasonable price. I definately...

We were sadly disappointed with the Hilton Hotel in Downtown Salt Lake City. The service was terrible. The breakfast buffet was awful. The omelet station only had one burner working, so the line was so backed up you had to wait for 20 minutes for an omelet. There were no bowls for oatmeal or cereal. The serving stations for potatoes,...

I've always loved staying at this hotel. It's clean and inviting. Friendly staff. Exceptional bedding and room cleanliness. Love the lighting in the bathrooms. Great place to relax! Restaurants are very close. Only one block from City Center Mall. Very close to LDS sights.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The staff at this fabulous hotel was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Every single staff member we encountered (valet, check in/out, restaurants, maintenance) was cheerful and smiling. Our room was beautiful with great city/mountain views and very, very...

Comfortable room, great view. Several minor problems, nothing major, but I expect better from a hotel of this class. Only paper cups provided with the coffee-maker - disappointing. It was good value only because I got an extremely good rate.

Clean, excellent staff, great spot if you are working on your genealogy. My room had an awesome view and getting around from this location is about as easy as it gets. Breakfast was expensive and parking may be cheaper in the public parking across the street. Warning: single, older women in the bar tend to get ignored. But that's how...

I was very pleased with the staff and the rooms at this hotel and would certainly stay here again. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were clean also. I liked having the mini fridge in the room. Thank you Hilton!
