We stayed 1 night in the hotel and with a lower rate (from Priceline), we were satisfied with the quality. The room was spacious and clean, service good. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel- a definite bonus! The side entry door if the hotel had some issues (electronic pad worked intermittently), but with persistent trying we could get...

I got a great rate on Hot wire and checked in. The front desk attendant was so so, like a previous reviewer, he verbally told me my room number instead of presenting the room key with the jacket on the key with the room number written down. I had been driving all day from Reno and looking and feeling tired....

Dear mateonelson, Thank you for the feedback. I've shared your comments with our front desk. It is our standard to not read aloud room numbers. This is very important to us and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Jeff N. Director of Sales & Marketing

Honestly it all depends on where you stay in the building. If you are in the main part then your room is much nicer. The old part of the building or the backside as the hotel seems to call it has no elevators so you either haul your stuff up the stairs or go through the main entrance and wind...

Dear Hana A, I am very sorry. We could have done a much better job at explaining the features of the hotel, including the location of the elevator to the Courtyard second floor rooms. Thank you for being our guest and I'll have our front office review your comments. Jeff N. Director of Sales & Marketing

First the goods - comfy bed, clean room, friendly front desk and great room coffee. The bads weren't enough to ruin my stay, but wow, so many little problems - the faucet was loose, bathroom light was shorted out, electric plug-in covers were loose, paint splattered on the light fixture, very few places to hang towels and worst of all,...

My wife and I were recently in Salt Lake for a combination business and pleasure trip. We stayed at the Sheraton hotel in downtown Salt Lake and enjoyed it. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Service from the friendly staff was excellent. We would recommend this property and will stay here again.

Not what I expect of a Sheraton. I had a loft room. It had a living space with sofa and table and chairs downstairs and a bed and bath upstairs. Although I appreciated not spending my evenings after work in the bedroom, the up and down was a pain. The route from check in was a trek. Since I needed...

We stayed at the Sheraton for our annual ski trip. I must say the rooms and service are outstanding!! Special thanks to Sherri, the bartender, for surprising us with a new cocktail each time we stopped by after a long day at the slopes.

I booked this hotel at the last minute coming off a ski trip in the mountains, before I flew out the next day, and was very pleased with it -- in particular it's excellent (convenient) location and the availability of free parking. I gave this hotel a rating of 2, mainly due to the front desk "service," which I note toward the end of this review. This hotel itself seemed a bit odd. Perhaps it used to be a different hotel and was purchased by Sheraton? It was not up to typical Sheraton standards. The building itself is old and gloomy. Old...
