Just stayed here for three nights with a friend. I agree with a recent reviewer that the place is a bit tired looking. Our room was comfortable enough, but my finicky companion blew a gasket when he found that his bath towel was ratty looking and frayed. He took it to the front desk and told them it was something...

This hotel has the best location for University visits or downtown activities. The light rail(which is free downtown) has two stops a half block away. It is right in between two malls: The Gateway and City Creek Center. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only issue was the free Wifi went out on me twice for an...

My brother and I came and stayed at the Radisson for Fan Experience 2016 (Comic Con) Lorena made us feel very welcome and was a highlight in our trip. The room was great. Plenty of space and very quiet. If anyone gets the chance to meet Lorena you're in for a treat. She is a star. Upper management needs to...

You won't find a better location for visits to the basketball arena, salt palace Temple Square, or City Creek. All are within easy walking distance. Hotel was very clean, rooms could use some maintenance and updating. Our room seemed to be missing furniture (chair and side table?).

The Radisson hotel is one block away from downtown and one block away from the arena. The train from the airport stops outside of the hotel. The rooms are a good size. The views form the higher floors are great - views of the mountains and the state capital. The hotel is about 100m away from the epicentre of the...

This hotel feels quite tired. Old everything covers the feeling. Old carpets, patched bathroom corners, old and dirty drapes, and worn furniture. Lamp in the room didn't work and toilet would run if I didn't mess with the handle. The gym has a split up format between the weight room and the room with cardio machines. Weight machines were ancient....

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms fast Internet and great staff!! We toured the city, went to the Gateway mall saw movies and had an easy commute to Salt Lake City International Airport. The Copper Canyon has a great breakfast at a reasonable price. The bar and bartender were top notch. Great place to watch a game or easy walk to see...

I loved my room and the location downtown. The best part of the experience was how Kim Fluckey, the assistant front office manager, handled my problem. I was disappointed that my breakfast order wasn't picked up, causing me to miss breakfast. She took it so seriously. She went above and beyond to make it up to me. I felt like...
