This place is old and rundown. The staff is great and do their best to make you comfortable. I think it's going to be torn down because there is a sign for an auction of motel furniture. Getting their last buck out of it before it's demolished, I guess. The only good thing is it's within walking distance of the...

I booked this on the day as was coming South earlier than I expected. The room was excellent, had everything I could need. There is a self service laundry which was necessary at this stage of my trip. Ice machine was broken, but they offered free ice from a big chest in reception. Very pleasant helpful staff. Excellent location for...

The front desk agent was not helpful and was short and rude. The air conditioner took 20 minutes to come on then would only stay on for 5 minutes at a time. The room never cooled more than 70 degrees and even though we had it all the way down to 60 to try and maintain some sort of comfort...

We go to the Salt Lake Comic Con conventions every year and always stay at this hotel. It is clean, the staff is always nice, and it is cheap. It is smoke free, which is a HUGE plus. Don't expect it to be high end, but it's a great place to stay. It is located perfectly, you can get to...

We stay at North Temple inn during each of our many trips to Salt Lake city. The rooms are clean and comfortable and its conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is definitely a value based hotel, and delivers for the price

Even though we made our reservations 2 months in advance our room wasn't ready for check in until 5.30! Staff were not friendly. Had no ice for the 2 1/2 days we were there. Saturday night had a roomful of hooligans next to us that kept us up until 4:00pm! Shabby and poorly managed!

Stayed for 2 nights on a family holiday. Positives- location is good, downtown easily walkable. Price good compared to similarly located properties. Negatives- very noisy plumbing & a/c make a decent nights sleep almost impossible. Very dated decor in rooms, whole place looks shabby & rundown. Staff disinterested / borderline rude. Pool small but OK. Would not use again.

I was a little nervous about choosing this hotel, as the prices were so far below the competition, especially given its great location, that I worried it would be run-down. The photos show an old-style motel with outdoor corridors. My worries were misplaced. Our room was large and well lighted, the bed was comfortable, with good pillows, and the sheets...

The hotel room was large and equipped with everything necessary. There is a small gym, and the hotel is near public transportation. I emailed a couple days ahead to book the airport shuttle but was told to call upon arrival to baggage claim at the airport. Not having a working SIM card, I used a payphone to dial the given...

The place is a bit funky, but clean. Lots of drawer storage, good reading lights over bed, plenty of outlets, not many tv stations but who cares, tiny but adequate bathroom, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, enough hangers, microwave, coffee maker with crummy weak coffee packets, free and easy parking. It's close to downtown shopping and temple grounds, but...
