All we needed for our one night stay - plenty of parking and the room was clean - not particularly modern or stylish - but it was comfortable and good value. Good burger restaurant across the street, too. Happy with it.

The North Temple Inn is a solid choice, walking distance from Temple Square. It is a bit dated but is clean and safe with free parking. There is a small pool which was covered (October). The room was large, the bed comfortable, wifi good. You have to choose between light and privacy because there were no sheers with the effective... More

I would never stay in this facility again. We stayed in the portion of the hotel that is almost like being in a basement. It constantly smelled like sewer. We avoided being in the room as much as possible. The continental breakfast is not much more than white bread, bagels, and cold cereal. I was also concerned about our safety,... More

Stayed here for the first time in September for a week. I read the reviews and they seemed to be decent. However when we arrived it was a chore to register. Computers were slow, info was not up to date. Though we called to confirm our reservations, after arriving the staff tried really hard to resolve the issues and all... More

Pretty typical motel. Nothing bad or exceptionally good about it. Except the young lady at the check in desk, Corina. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Made me feel welcome. She also checked me out the next day, so I guess she works all shifts. She should get a pat on the back from the boss. I was in town for... More

This is an economy motel near the city center and is within 25 minutes of time square. Like virtually all hotels in SLC, it is grossly overpriced for what you get. Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was old and in need of a refurb. Breakfast was a joke, the coffee was awful, and food Mediocre even by... More

Great location, near the gateway mall and walking distance to the jazz arena and the other mall in the city. Place feels safe and free parking available to guest. Definitely on the lower end of hotels, but don't let that deter you, rooms are clean and safe for all guests. Staff makes you feel welcome.

The North Temple Inn, formerly a Howard Johnson Express, was an older motel, but walking distance to the Vivent Arena and the Salt Palace Convention Center. Have stayed here several times over the past 5 years. The staff is friendly and it's right across the street from Crown Burger! Unfortunately the Inn is closing! They are leveling the motel in... Hotel is on very good location just 2 blocks away from Gateway mall. It's might look quite old when we arrived. But inside the room was clean and bed very comfort. Staff friendly. All their ice machines out of order. We need to get ice from the lobby. Breakfast was normal they have bread, juice, milk, serials. Only one thing... More

Free breakfast included, very reasonably priced. Great "Aloha Spirit". Owner and front desk staff are from Hawaii and Fiji. Made us feel right at home. Within walking distance of Temple Square and close to downtown.
