I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The lobby and check-in process were perfectly nice. However, the hotel rooms need considerable improvement. To start, the rooms are not clean. There is a layer of dust and/or dirt running along the perimeter of the room that has clearly accumulated over time. The arm chair in the room was heavily stained...

I can't speak for extended stays, but as a one-night stay, this hotel was nice. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There's also a Starbucks on location, which is definitely a selling point for some of us coffee-drinkers. The only thing I'd point out is that while geographically, this is located very close...

It's starts when you check in. The hotel says "city center" but it's in middle of nowhere for walking. They have a huge flat outdoor parking lot with no gates or security yet the charge for parking??? That alone is a ripoff. The lobby and rooms were fine but they did not have requested room available. Not a big deal...

the rooms were not properly cleaned, even after complaining I was sent 2 hand towels to use after my shower. the dining room was too cold. the food was not very appetizing. no microwaves or refrigerator's in the room to keep your own food. breakfast was extremely expensive if you choose to eat in their restaurant on site. I have...

We had a conference here, was not a great experience I hate to say. The first day we did not have enough food to feed everyone at the conference, next day the chicken was under cooked. Food was not ever hit. The classrooms were extremely cold. Some folks had room issues such as no towels etc. Maybe next time would...

My husband and I were stranded on highway 16 for 2 hours with a flat tire. It was dark, 16 is busy roadway, the tire was completely shredded. After AAA arrived we pushed forward on our trip to Atlanta on the donut spare. We knew we couldn't make it to Atlanta so we called and got a room at this...

Stayed here for business. Typical conference hotel. The public facilities were clean and well maintained. On the other hand, my room was showing signs of wear. Walls touched up with paint that doesn't match, an hvac that's not quite right. Service was great, though the hour of my arrival helped. Close to downtown, the location is convenient. Onsite parking is...

We arrived at 3:15 for a conference after quite a long drive. Our room was not ready and the front desk said they would call when it was ready. We never received a call so went back to the desk at 4:50. We ended up having to get a manager to get a room. Our room had a bed with...

Adjacent to The Macon Civic Center. Very nice, quiet, and clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Lobby bar is good and restaurant serves a nice breakfast though a bit pricey. I've never used any amenities though several are available. Pool, fitness, and business room.

I've been going to conventions at this property for several years. It is much the same story every year, but I did detect a little improvement this year. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I used mobile check-in and my room key was waiting at the desk. Luggage carts are still at a premium. The hotel should invest in the...
