We spend two nights at Anglesea House which is a lovely B & B, there were 4 other guests the first night but on the second night we had the house to ourselves, lovely sitting room for drinking the wine we'd purchase during that day. Reshma cooked a wonderful breakfast and both her and Jay were very welcoming.

Lovely old Victorian home with comfortable room looking out onto the lovely gardens. We stayed two nights while touring wineries in the area. Reshma the owner was very friendly and helpful with advice, offered a cooked breakfast during which we enjoyed chatting with other guests, and made bicycles available during the day. We would definitely stay again. Plus, a local...

We stayed here twice in consecutive weeks, walking the Queen Charlotte track in between. It's an attractive colonial house with a nice garden. We had the large front room and adjoining bedroom and therefore lots of space for our luggage. There was also a small patio facing the setting sun which we happily ate out on twice. We were also...

We stayed 2 nights here. It is a great location and Reshma made us feel so welcome. We had the front room that has its own terrace where we sat and enjoyed wine and cheese from our day out at the vineyards. The room had everything we needed including a fridge, ensuite, iron, fan etc etc. The house is beautifully...

Had a great two nights at Reshma's - she is flexible with checking in and out, and made us feel very welcome. There are bikes available for touring around which is an added bonus. Breakfasts great, and our room was very comfortable with everything that we could wish for. Easy to find her house as well.

Recently stayed at Anglesea house with my parents and husband during our holiday in New Zealand. The hosts, Reshma and Jay are very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The bedrooms were luxurious with very comfortable beds, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was excellent , wish we had stayed longer. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed there one night, in the Cherry room. The room is tiny, no airconditioning or fan, with a window open into the next door guest balcony. The room was smelly, and the bed was old and not comfortable. On the pros side, there is a beautifull garden. The price of the room was 175nsd, which is way over what...
