Just a one night stay for us but a very pleasant one. Alan and Linley were great hosts who run a comfortable and well equipped B&B. Alan was full of tips, must-dos and interesting background info. The cooked breakfast was yummy and generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A clean, tidy, light and well equipped room with a great ensuite! Our hosts were welcoming and gave good local advise. Everybodies taste in breakfast was catered for. We only stayed overnight, however this would make an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area for a few days and make use of the patio and garden. Good value.

Yes, oh yes, this is a delightful spot. The proprietors make every effort to make your stay a comfortable one. The home is beautifully landscaped with local flora and fauna. Everything you could want is available. Good breakfast goes with the cost of the room. I think you will be pleased with your stay, I know we were.

Alan and Linley were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were both very comfortable. On arrival they supplied fresh club sandwiches, tasty pieces of fruit and orange juice in our room. The room and facilities were spotless and very comfortable. We had a great night's rest in the quiet of the countryside. Lovely Gardens all round. Breakfast was a real treat with Bacon, Eggs Fruit, Toast, Cereal, Coffee and Tea served in their Dining Room by Alan. We thoroughly recommend staying here, they have a very high standard. We would definitely stay here when next passing through Warkworth.
