Great location, but the hostess is a dragon with no customer service/hospitality service in sight. Very abrasive and rude. Booked and payed for 2 singles, but on arrival found only one made bed, however, there was a pull-out sofa bed in lounge that had no sheets. Was informed that these sheets would cost an extra $20 per night. Bath tub... More

I stayed for just one night on a business trip as I had a conference in Nearby Highbrook. I stayed in the one bedroom with shower unit. I knew there were no meals before booking so no surprises but did order the continental breakfast that was delivered in the evening for the next morning. Overall the stay was fine with... More

Wifi is terrible, doesn't reach the rooms and is too slow. Rooms ok but dark. Breakfast overpriced. Awful location - close to nothing. Attitude of owners horrendous, rude and no idea of what customer service is. Will not be staying here again.

The unit was well equipped for a housekeeping type stay, but smelled a bit musty and looked quite tired...vent in bathroom ceiling taped up with black electrical tape, badly patched and unpainted repair in entry hallway, no bedside lamps, a mysterious bed part rolling around under the bed the whole time we were there. The "free wifi" was so slow... More

Place is quite nice and clean. Rooms area good size. Very comfortable beds. Near a busy road as you would expect in that area. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately it was $20 more than the price I got online because I was using an extra bed. When i booked a room with 2 beds the price was less.

I stayed here for a week while over for business, unfortunately the first thing I noticed was the poor wifi in the room, 1 bar at the best of times. The rooms were very spacious and had all the facilities I required along with a reasonably comfortable bed. I did notice a strange smell coming from the bathroom, like a... More

We stayed for one night for a friends birthday close by. Check in was quick and easy, we weren't asked if we wanted breakfast which seemed strange. They said they had upgraded us to a spa bath room, room #1 which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and very clean, with kitchenette, separate toilet/bathroom, lounge dinning area and a separate bedroom.... I stayed here a work conference, the room was large with a queen bed. The room was clean although smelt a tad musty. The bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. The room had an ironing board but no iron as I discovered at 5am before leaving for work. The lady at check in wasn't overly friendly and... More

We spent one night here before flying out. The bed in room 7 squeaked whenever you moved and rolled to one side. At 11pm we decided we would get more sleep by putting the mattress on the floor. When we checked out we were not asked how everything was so did not tell them that we slept on the floor.... More
