Hidden Creek Campsite is your escape to peace and tranquility. Nestled amongst 5 acres of bushland and surrounded by the Currambene Creek, Hidden Creek Campsite is privately owned and offers a REAL camping experience with your very own camp fires in natural surroundings with an abundance of wildlife and birds. Hidden Creek Campsite (also known as Jervis Bay Cabins & Camping) is the perfect setting to relax. Why not read that book you have been wanting to pick up, but never found the time, throw a fishing line in the creek or just spend quality time with loved ones. For the more enthusiastic, take a kayak out from our very own boat ramp and head down into Huskisson for lunch. Don’t forget to bring your bikes, scooters and outdoor games. In addition to our powered and unpowered camp sites, we also offer a variety of cabin accommodation to suit all budgets and needs. With Huskisson only 5 kms down the road (a 5 min drive), you are on the edge of the beautiful white sands of Shoalhaven.

My partner and I camped for a couple of nights here and very much enjoyed the camp site. There was ample space in our waterfront site (unpowered tent site).
You can have a campfire at your site.
There is a small shop in the office with varied supplies.
The hot water in the shower operates with a dollar coin for four minutes.
The facilities are cleaned regularly.
You can hire kayaks and canoes.
You definitely need insect repellent!
There are a lot of possums that can raid your camp at night/ like to visit you

We stayed a couple of nights, owners are welcoming and friendly and any concerns are dealt with promptly. (Our gas had run out in the cabin we were in, it was fixed straight away). Chooks, peacocks and native wildlife are a nice addition, laundry available and cabin was spotless. We supplied linen and owners are safely abiding by careful covid protocols.

We'd hired a camper van and were touring down the coast. Stopping off along the way. We found the Hidden Creek campsite late afternoon and were lucky to get a powered pitch. Campsite was lovely, clean and quiet, just what we needed. We had our first encounter with Kangaroos which came hopping past as we explored, and were woken by the ducks wandering around the next morning. The owners were really helpful with information about the surrounding area, which we explored and stayed a 2nd night. If we ever make it back to Australia, this will be one of the first places we book to stay 😊

We are so pleased that you found us and had such a wonderful experience as overseas visitors, given that you were here at such a tumultuous time with the fires. We hope the rest of your holiday was equally as enjoyable. We do hope you get the opportunity to return some time in the near future.

Very poor/unprofessional customer service. We contacted them over 2weeks prior to our booked date, as we were no longer able to attend, however she refused to provide a refund to us. We paid extra upfront than what was required as the deposit (silly move) however after lots of back and forth she only agreed to a $5 refund, as she claimed they had an admin fee for a bank transfer (this is not written anywhere on the website or in any correspondence), and seemed to be made up on an effort to not have to return funds.
Would not recommend this place if there is any likelihood you will need to change dates.

We camped in a cabin, I know that's just cheating but hey, we are aged pensioners and beds are just not at the right height in a tent for us and a few home comforts are always welcomed.

We loved our cabin, it had everything we needed including a/c, fully equipped kitchen, TV plus a verandah with BBQ, we certainly didn't want for anything. The camp is in a lovely wooded area with the creek running nearby, and there are heaps of camping facilities for the genuine campers to use.

Owners were exceptionally helpful and would do anything for you if required including providing us a map of the area marked with the must see destinations and a highlight for us within the camp were the native animals and birds, of which there were many. We certainly loved everything here and would definitely return given the chance..

My wife & I have just had a 2 night stay in a cabin at Hidden Creek Campsite which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you are looking for peace & tranquility then this is the place for you, it is just so quiet. It is the home of resident peacocks, chickens & ducks that roam the grounds, we were told we may see a kangaroo that hangs around. Hidden Creek Campsite is only about a 5 min drive to Huskisson. We found Tracey & Kevin to be great hosts & made our stay very enjoyable. We will certainly be returning, we can't wait

Gorgeous property on the banks of Currambene creek. Lovely camp sites with ready made fire pits to use. Was able to moor the boat on the bank so we could pop in and out of the water easily whenever we liked. Everyone who we spoke to was helpful and cheery. Another friend joined last minute and they accommodated us quickly even though they had to rejig some bookings. Will be back, thanks!

This truly is a hidden gem. It is at the end of a dead end road but exactly 5 minutes drive to Huskisson. Kevin and Tracey are delightful and this place is beautifully maintained and presented. We stayed in one of the cabins with full facilities, but there are lots of accommodation choices with people able to camp right beside the river if they wish. This is SO quiet with lots of trees and native plants. There are also resident ducks and peacocks/peahens and abundant parrots, including King Parrots. If you want a really relaxing time 'away from it all' yet with the 'main drag' only 5 minutes away then check this place out. You definitely won't be disappointed. We can't wait to go back again.

Our adult family with a few little ones recently booked 4 cabins in this beautiful back to basics quiet and tranquil campsite. We enjoyed 3 nights where we just chilled out by the camp fire and fished in the creek. Our days were spent exploring the local area and introducing our grand children to the abundant Aussie wild life around the camping grounds
A big thanks to the campsite hosts Tracy and Kevin for providing such a place.

It was such a relaxing time, staying at Hidden Creek Campsite. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cabin was bright, clean and a comfortable with an amazing view of the local wildlife to wake up to. Thankyou to the friendly hosts for making our weekend so special.
