The toilet water fro the second floor rooms drains into the water found in the lower room bathroom toilets. The view is lovely, but the staff was inconsistent, sometimes helpful and sometimes rude and curt.

expected to be in Cienfuegos town but located 30 minutes away. The location is nice, but not where we expected to be. Staff were miserable and rude. Evening meal was very average even by Cuba's average standards with a particularly obnoxious waiter. There are no room safes available. The rooms are in very poor repair with taps not working etc.

I wavered between average and very good and arrived at very good due to location, pool and view. Right on the Caribbean it could be great. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but worth it and the pool is large and salt water. Small but competent bar, OK restaurant and decent service. Rooms need work and plumbing...

This hotel has very clean spacious rooms... the views are amazing , pool is very well maintained and filtered... food is adequate ... eggs, toast, bacon, fruit, cereals... what more could you want ... I have stayed many places over the years in Cuba and found this hotel to be a 3 to 4 star small romantic hotel.... dive shop...

I loved the location right on the water of the hotel. You could wake down to a local beach and go for a swim. You must have transportation as it is a drive from town. Bar stays open as long as you're drinking. The maids do a fantastic job of making the rooms look better with flowers and towel art....

It is a shame this place is not better because the are some excellent staff members and the location whilst 18km outside Cienfuegos is great for those who want a more rural setting, unfortunately we had three vey significant issues: 1. My wife became very ill after eating from the breakfast buffet. 2. On returning to our room the second...

We arrived before 11 in the morning firstly to be told check in wasn't until 4, then to be told that we only had a reservation for the second night. 2 hours of arguing and calls to "commercial" still led to no room except for the second night. This and other experiences we had and heard about means I would...

The hotel was clean and the accommodations were fine. The meals were a little odd as you have to purchase anything you want to drink--- water, tea, etc. The views of the water were beautiful from the porch outside the dining area and from the pool area. The pool was large and well maintained.

Stopped over for a night here travelling from Trinidad to Cienfuegos. Hotel was nice and clean. The food on offer wasn't great, I'd recommend eating elsewhere. But very close to the beach which has amazing views.

Unfortunately arrived after dark, very unwelcoming hotel, dimly lit, staff milling around doing little. The only food on offer was the buffet and having had a good lunch we gave it a miss. Those of our group who went said it was OK but not good. The bar was Ok but they decided to close whilst we were still happy...
