We stayed two nights while boating Lake Powell. Very nice and clean rooms. Drawback is no elevator and our room was on the second floor requiring numerous trips up and down carrying our gear. Good cardio workout! Enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

Great location close to Bullfrog marina and Offshore Marina houseboat storage. The coffee was decent but no other items were offered for breakfast. There are a bunch of houseboats stored in front of and next to the hotel,

No, the Marina is owned by the National Park Service and managed by Aramark. Ticaboo is located 10 minutes north of the Marina outside the National Recreation Area.
