The best B&B experience yet! Room was very comfy with down pillows and covers. Staff were so welcoming and served a great breakfast. The Burn really allows you to connect to the history and ambiance of Natchez. Can't wait to return!

The ambiance of the place is throughout the house but the parlor with the couches facing each other where guests can congregate is very homey. We met folks from France, Italy, England and other states while there. I even met someone from a neighboring town in my own state. Nell greeted us with warmth and was there at every turn...

If you are looking for a cozy place to spend a weekend with your spouse, or just want a nice quiet getaway, this place is very nice. The best perk for us was each room has separate bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We had a couple at our table from England here on their...

The Burn was a super cozy and welcoming B&B. Rooms very comfortable. Basic southern breakfast hit the spot. Very central to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back again. Would be fun for couples or a girls trip.m

My sister and I stayed in the Lucy room during our recent stay during Fall Pilgrimage. We were delighted with our room which was in the main house and could easy sleep four people. The furniture was incredible and authentic not a big box store replica. The food was good; but, the delight was Nell. You owe her a raise....

The Burn in its entirety was gorgeous. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the fact that we had modern amenities. There was wifi and a tv. We had our own bathroom that was newly renovated. There was lots of privacy. We had a great time!

The Burn is a lovely old home, and Nell, who greeted us and gave us a tour, was pleasant and informative. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, although nothing stands out as a specialty. Our room, Clara's Room, was well-sized and relatively comfortable, although there was no spot to use as a desk. The tv is too small to watch (...

One of the highlights of our American road trip. A stunning antebellum house - elegant, sophisticated, wonderful service, gracious hostess. A real find..Couldn't fault anything. Tour of the home and its history, relaxing glass of wine in the drawing room and lovely breakfast. Loved it.

Perched on an elevated section of the street, this historic house has been lovingly taken care of by its present owners who live on the premises. Although much of the decor in the public spaces in the main house, the second floor, which is occupied by the owners, and the rooms in the guest wing is not original, the pieces...

It doesn't take long to realise that not every house that belonged to a plantation owner was a plantation house. The Burn is close to the middle of Natchez, while the plantations that used to belong to the original owners are out of town somewhere. "Close to the middle" means five or six blocks easy walk down to the main...
