I simply love this home and this era. I stayed in the main house in room 402. Very comfortable. Large bathroom. Quiet, relaxing, restful Love the rocking chairs on the porch. It is an elegant home from a bygone era. I ate at the restaurant located on the property and the food and service was outstanding.

Everything is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in a queen Mansion corner room on the 2nd floor, antiques were absolutely beautiful!! 16 ft. ceilings, beautiful new marble bathroom with separate shower and air tub. Room even had a cork screw. The castle restaurant was fantastic. Food was excellent and the pub below was fun and cozy.

Circa 1856. A bit of history and luxury sits on forty acres near but not in downtown in this charming setting. The property is fenced off. The rooms are open and spacious with a bit of southern charm and modern amenities. The ambiance is one of calm, quiet and relaxed and I’ll be going back and back again. Wi-Fi is...

Stayed here on a trip to Natchez. It is a beautiful Antebellum mansion on beautiful grounds. The room was recently renovated showing the exposed original beams in the ceiling. Room was very comfortable, if a little dimly lit. Staff was excellent. Included breakfast buffet was very good with excellent service. Dinner at the Castle restaurant (former stables) was quite good....

Came here 26yrs ago to tour on our honeymoon. Now it's a bed and breakfast. It was absolutely the best. Quaint and clean. The castle restaurant breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice getaway stay for us since we are so close. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here several times. We purchased a romantic package which included meals, the carriage ride, very comfortable room, a tour of the plantation house, and all the elegance that surrounds this wonderful property. I came here to see the elegance of the old south and found it alive and well. The staff is friendly and the food is...

It is not easy to get everything you want in a place to stay when traveling. This property hit all my check boxes. It is an historic inn, close to attractions, yet with the acreage to separate you from the modern world and give you a very relaxing, slow paced alternative. You can even get to the internet if you...

This was my 7th time to visit Natchez and 2nd stay at Dunleith! It is one of my daughter in law's and my favorite destinations for interesting places to visit... We stayed in the main house last time which was wonderful. This time, however, it was booked and the only space available was the dairy barn. Although it is furnished...

This elegant and historic old mansion house sits on acres of green space that insulates it's guests from the anxiety of everyday life, and surrounded us with the charm and comfort of fine southern accomadations and dining. John and his staff were welcoming, friendly, and hospitable, and the we dined in the "Castle" for a hearty breakfast, and incredible dinner....
