We arrived at 2:00 pm hoping we could check in, we were told we couldn't until 3:00 pm. When we returned at 3 there was a very long line and we waited 45 minutes to check in. When I asked for a ground floor room I was told they had none, but "surprise" a ground floor room had already been...

We pulled in to the hotel because it was late and it was the first one we saw coming in to town. We couldn't have picked a better hotel. We were given an excellent deal on a suite, which was huge and had a balcony. We could see MT Rushmore from our balcony, as well as a beautiful view of...

We stayed at this hotel on 6/14-6/15/2013. Aside from the postage stamp sized room, our view was of the rock wall that held up the 3rd floor patio. The window screen was not in it's tracks when we opened the window for some air. While the bed did not have the look of being made by a professional, (wrinkled sheets)...

Hotel location was very good, all food/market are in 2 min walking dist. Not sure why it was 100$ for a night where they were giving 50$ per night in their add locally . So if you are going now , just go and get a room. Room is little bit small compared to other hotel. If you are not...

I had read the reviews and was not expecting much, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was renovated a few years ago, so old reviews hurt their ratings. I had a single room on the first floor. While it was not the largest room ever, it didn't need to be, I was there to sleep. The bed was comfortable,...

I booked this hotel via Priceline and ill have to say this review started out much different. The hotel has some ungodly tiny rooms (size of my closet types) that you get if you use Priceline. Fortunately I needed an extra day and the service people are awesome (big praise to George). For another 40 bucks had a huge balcony...

We thought this was a cool property but thought it was a tad overpriced. This is not to say it wasn't aligned price-wise with other hotels in town. It sits up on the hill and affords a view of the faces (unless a wall blocks your view ugh!). It's right in Keystone but It sits up on a hill so...

My friend and I decided to drive to Keystone/Mt. Rushmore for our Memorial Day weekend. We originally had planned to stay at the White House Resort but found out that the President View Resort had just opened. They allowed us to switch hotels with no hassle. Randy checked us in and gave us an amazing deal with a view of...

We stayed here two nights during our National Park Trip. When we arrived we had to change our room because the sink was broken and one of the bed had dirty linen on it. The second room was okay. Maybe the new rooms had views of Mount Rushmore but our rooms had a view of a rock and the parking...

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Room was small but we did fit! For the size, I think the room is a bit pricey, but I guess we are staying in a tourist trap. Don't expect any breakfast because there is none! Don't plan on sticking around long either because checkout is at 10 am. Also, plan on packing...
