The service for dinner and breakfast was excellent as was the food. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities as this hotel is up a steep winding lane. A walk through the woods for the energetic and you look down on the ski slope. Our room was at the back of the hotel so no outside lights but beds very...

Early morning start from Bristol Airport well this is a reasonable option, room clean and food good. Breakfast excellent, just a few minutes from the airport but nicely out of the way. The bedroom was large and bed very comfortable, easy to get to from the A39, follow ski centre signs from the traffic lights in the centre of Churchill...

Had a lovely time here, everything was very good. The hotel is in a very secluded spot, but well signposted, so not difficult to find. The food was good and the staff were very friendly, particularly Nick who served us very well at breakfast and dinner. Thank you

Went here for a wedding, our room was extremely run down. The bridge and grooms room were lovely. The staff were very nice and the area is very beautiful. I'd stay here again if i had a nicer room. From what I can remember the food was good too.

I spent a week here while my dog was in the vets nearby, with me was my other dog. The staff and management were extremely accommodating especially as I didn't know how long I was going to be there. As a dog owner the hotel is perfect with a fantastic local area to walk in. The room was very nice,...

Came here for our works Christmas party, and they were great. We also stayed the night in the woodland chalet with our dog, and apart from the bathroom being dark and dingy it was great. Highly recommend it here, very friendly staff.

Me and my family recently visited cheddar gorge and wookie hole and needed a hotel to stay in. And while looking at prices of hotels we discovered this one and it was relitivley cheap. So we decided to stay in it. When we walked in. We were greeted by a freindly member of staff who then showed us to our...
