We booked here prior to our holiday and had a fantastic nights stay. Steve and Mandy were the perfect hosts and the guest house was wonderful. Steve and Mandy were fantastic hosts and the B&B was beautiful. I was flying in late for a 2 day course and Steve picked me up at the airport. Mandy and Steve were brilliant, great service and an excellent breakfast, with a comfy bed what else could you want?? We will definitely return to the Beeches for our next visit to Churchill. Tip, great Fish and Chips at Winscombe and worth the drive!! The Woodborough Inn is not bad either!!

I was attending a course at Warm Glass and flew into Bristol airport. Steve picked me up from the airport and drove me to the B&B. Both Steve and Mandy have a beautiful home which they now run very successfully as a B&B. I was made to feel extremely welcome and felt very well looked after. The rooms are immaculate...

Can thoroughly recommend this B&B. Steve and Mandy are wonderful hosts, very friendly. The place is very well kept, the beds very comfortable and facilities excellent. The place is very well situated for the gorge and local places of interest.

Had a very enjoyable two nights stay with Steve and Mandy, amazing breakfasts - kept me full all day! Very peaceful location, with a beautiful view of the garden. A very warm welcome, would highly recommend.

I stayed just one night with Steve & Mandy, the room was lovely and comfy with everything I could need. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice and my hosts couldn't have been more helpful. I was sorry that I could only stay one night.

Stayed on our return trip in January - sorry for the delay in reviewing! As per our first stay everything was excellent. The room was great with little extra touches, very comfortable. Steve is a wonderful host and cooked a beautiful breakfast as usual. We left our car with them whilst we were away - you can be well assured...

Steve and Mandy Harvey look forward to welcoming you to their part 18th century home situated only 6 miles south of Bristol airport, just off the A38 at Churchill, on the edge of the Mendip Hills, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Beeches is ideally situated for guests using the airport as well as those wishing to explore this part of Somerset and all it has to offer, with easy access from junction 21 of the M5 motorway. Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury and Weston-Super-Mare are all within easy travelling distance. We have four rooms available all complete with central heating, digital television, tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable king size double and single beds. All rooms offer simple comfort set in quiet surroundings, away from the flight path. The Beeches offers off road on-site parking for residents and by prior arrangement can cater for those wanting to leave their cars with us whilst away on business or leisure trips. ... more   less
