The 'calling of names' to find out if you've got in with a pitch is a bit weird but it's possibly the fairest way it can be done. Call it a lively bit of excitement to start your holiday if you like. We had to stealth camp for a night nearby but once in and settled we kicked back to...

We keep coming back! A lovely part of Cornwall and a very popular campsite. So near to the coast and beautiful beaches. Lovely scenic walks you wouldn't want to be anywhere else on a sunny day! You cannot pre-book to stay at this site so you got to turn up and hope for the best....we've been lucky each time. Very...

Treen Farm Campsite is undoubtedly the best site that we have ever stayed at. As well as having brilliant facilities the best thing about it is the staff who are always so cheerful and helpfull. The pitches are all a good size and each one comes with a picnic table and benches (less to pack!). The onsite shop stocks everything...

Even though you can't pre book which resulted in a night in the village car/park field (which at £4 a night is perfect) it's worth it just to get in the next day, go and put your name down the night before or at 8am the day you want to stay. It's s lovely site with great shower facilities, food...

Turned up in my battered old van ! I'm afraid my wage as nurse doesn't stretch to a posh campervan , but it is all mine and owned outright ! My partner and I were hoping to stay in the campsite but it was full, It was my birthday celabration and also ( yipee! ) another year for me free...

Stayed for one night in July to go to the Minack theatre. It was very busy, we arrived at lunchtime, any later and it would have been full I think. Proper rustic site, toilets clean (although a few more would be handy), showers operated by tokens, which keeps the queue down, and are clean. The shop is good and the...

I stayed here for two nights with my husband and dogs. You can't book so turning up early is recommended to get a spot. The campsite has everything you need including a well stocked shop, a food truck that does lovely fish and chips and good shower/washing facilities. The pitches are also lovely and all come with a picnic bench....

Won't say too much except that we absolutely love this campsite. Second time we've been here and it didn't disappoint. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and the location is one of the best. Just perfect!

Me and my partner usually holiday in the Perranporth area, but on a whim decided that we would try somewhere different this year. We are both very glad that we did and happened to stumble across such a wonderful campsite. Reading some of the not so positive reviews on here, I am not really sure what some people expect from...

Myself and my sister stayed here as we were down attending a concert at the Minack Theatre, and read that the campsite was in walking distance. We had some difficulties during our travel down and rang ahead to say we were running late and to check if there was room as you cannot book in advance. We were assured there...
