Everything you read about this place is true - it's a fabulous place to stay with top-quality hospitality. Huge comfy beds, amazing bathrooms, open fires, afternoon tea, great breakfasts, thoughtful extras such as wine, fruit, water, chocolate and hot water bottles. Add in the most fluffy dressing gowns in the world and you have a winner. Yes it's a bit...

We stayed for the first time at Incleborough House for a New Year break. It is a perfect B&B housed in a lovely 1700's house in a walled garden. We would contend it compares favourably with some small country house/boutique hotels, but with much more personal service! It is garlanded with awards and it is easy to understand why they...

We booked 2 nights get one free for December 2nd 3rd and 4th, the third night being "free" In the area I am living we were experiencing lots of snow and I phoned Incleborough House 2 days before out departure if they were having snow in East Runton. I was told no only a few flurries in Norwich. On the...

For some time now we have been aware of the need for guests to take out effective and affordable holiday cancellation insurance to cover their liability to us when booking a break. All too often policies do not cover breaks within the UK or bad weather! By and large, most people have existing holiday insurance, for example linked to their...

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and we had an wonderful time. Nick and Barabara were very helpful and pleasant. The room was spotless and we had lots of tasty cakes. The location is very handy for all the amenities including the beach and the breakfasts were scrumptious. Would definately recommend this as a place to stay.

Everything about the accommodation and service was perfect. Very attractive decor. The amenities are actually better than in many luxury hotels: large collection of DVD films to play in the bedroom and internet for use of guests. Everything works. The owners could not have been more attentive. The only problem is the location. The immediate vicinity is a village green...

Incleborough House is a superb house with wonderful hosts in Barbara and Nick who cannot do enought for you. Every comfort is thought of. The breakfasts are wonderful with many choices served in their conservatory. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept on and everywhere in the house including our room was spotless. Little extras are provided in...

A perfect even if brief stay for our wedding anniversary. Stayed in the Orchid room which was just superb for our 1 night. Fantastic bathroom with plenty of hot water. Loved the welcoming tea & cakes on arrival. Breakfast served in the conservatory couldn't have been better, plenty of choice available, and an excellent start to the day. Ideal location...

This is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. Although at the top end of the price range, it represents excellent value for money because everything is top quality. We stayed in the Master Room, which we can highly recommend - very spacious with 2 large windows looking out over lovely garden. Very comfortable pocket-spring bed, a 2-seater...

We have just had a 5 night stay at Incleborough House and wish we were back there now! The house is beautiful and the room we stayed in 'Orchid' was beautifully decorated and perfect for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We chose this room for its large free standing bath, and whilst the...
