This is our third stay in the last 10 years. We always stay here for 1 night. Food is great, especially breakfast but...this year was not as good as it used to be, but still good. Rooms are clean with nice view at forest side. We also used the pool witch is nice. Only complaints are that this hotel is... More

Visited Ankara en route to Istanbul, drove 3 hours and stayed over a night at Koru Hotel Bolu. Simple countryside hotel with abundance of fresh air. Coffee house (serves breakfast, lunch, dinner) and a lovely fire place at its lobby. Old fashioned lift. Clean rooms. A convenient shop about 5 minutes walk away. Do not expect much. Good for an... Went there with a tour group and we stayed here as a transit to Istanbul. This hotel has its own charms. The rooms are quite small but with acceptable size of bathroom. Breakfast and dinner spread are delicious. We went there early spring and were lucky enough to have a 5 minutes of snowing.

It was snowing when we were there. Beautiful view when it was white - all covered in snow. It is suitable as a transit hotel in between the 2 cities. Room and bathroom were good for a transit hotel. Bed was comfortable. Food were reasonable, can be improved though. The hotel key was unique and heavy.

It's more of a motel than a hotel. Limited amenities, located at some corner of the road and surrounded by the tall trees, not exactly a romantic getaway. Food served at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner was thoroughly disappointing. Hotel room was old and looked dilapidated. The only redeeming moment was the hotel key, because it was most interesting... More

Was glad that it was only 1 night stay in this hotel before heading to Istanbul. We were told that we be staying in a hotel in the forest but it looks more like a park than a forest to me. When we there, it seems we were the only tour group staying there. Besides our group of 23 there... More

The only reason to stay here was to break up the travelling time between Ankara and Istanbul. The restaurant is pretty average with average quality food. In the breakfast, it was easy to figure out that the soups, bread, potato wedges were the leftovers from last evening dinner! It talked about a jungle walk, that was nothing but a walk... More

Our tour group spent a night here while on our way back to Istanbul from Cappadocia. It looks like an old hotel from the 70s or 80s that hasn't changed much with time. However, having a nature resort atmosphere / setting, it still has some charm. Our room was of fair size with a balcony overlooking the pine trees. Everything... More

Stayed 1 night with the tour group. This hotel is more like a pit stop / resting area for those that travelling from Cappadocia to Istanbul. Hotel full of tour groups. Most of the group member stayed in a small room and we were lucky being given handicap room which was spacious (1 double bed and 1 single bed). The... More
