On October 28th, November 1st, I purchased a 4-night half board plus a vacation package and stayed in room 410. Thank you very much for contacting us from the moment we entered the hotel to the time we checked out. We had a very nice holiday. The food, Turkish bath, service and spa are great. The employees are polite and friendly. Only WiFi is problematic. Cleanliness is excellent, rooms are cleaned every day. We stayed at the hotel of your choice for two nights with our five-year-old daughter. The spa was very pleasant, clean and very warm, the common pools etc. were very satisfactory.
