Lovely hotel, we used this as a base to explore the area. We didn't take the AI option but did opt for half board. On arrival at 10.30pm we were greeted by a less than friendly reception staff who told us that the room we had booked (balcony) wasn't available as the hotel was fully booked. not the best start....

Our first time of all inclususive, last minute booking, although hotel rated as 3 star, we found the food very good, varied choice with something to suit everyone, room was very clean although a little tired. Staff in resurant first rate, the bar staff however we felt frowned on all inclusive customers (must empahise we are not heavy drinkers) but...

The hotel is in a very good location. A short walk to a man-made beach. There is a lovely marina. There are nice walks. Town is 10 minutes walk away. It is a nice town. The tourist attractions like the castle have text only in Spanish. There is not much English spoken in the town and many menus only in...

Very clean, hotel staff very helpful, any problems very quickly dealt with. BUT the noise in the dinning room, it was more like a school canteen, clatter from the staff cleaning plates, behind screens, chairs scraping on the floor as people get seated, and the space to enable you to get your food very limited. Food average, one can choose...

First time saga guests and had a nice holiday for two weeks in early September 2016. My wife and I travelled with an elderly relative who was unfortunately hospitalised for one night. The saga reps helped us deal with the emergency very professionally and allayed our concerns throughout. The hotel was in a good location 1 km away from denia...

Hotel very clean and pleasant staff. Food average but dining room like a canteen. Air conditioning not very efficient. Pool very small and insufficient sun beds. Part Saga hotel and reps not very efficient and would not travel with them again. Very disappointing holiday.

Hotel bedrooms were comfortable. It was very busy as Spanish children were still off school. All staff were friendly and very courteous. Only had breakfast there which was very average. Very noisy dining room that sounded like a school canteen. Agree with the no reserving of sunbeds but think you should be allowed to go to the outside bar without...

My wife and I are staying here at the moment with Saga , although I can't fault the hotel and staff we found that the first week of our holiday was catered for the Spanish who were here in abundance due to the last week of the Spanish school holidays. The entertainment was conducted in Spanish with no translation. The...
