We have long been supporters of Aman, having stayed at Amanpuri, Amanjena, Le Melezin and Sveti Stefan, in addition to Amanpulo many times. The experience that we had at Amanpulo in the last couple of years has been spectacular. It takes truly professional management and staff not only to ensure that a superior service is delivered, but to convey an...

I last went to Amanpulo about 10 years ago. I read all the recent reviews and was astonished how consistently good they all were so decided to go back, rather than go to the Maldives again. I agree with most of the recent reviews, they give an accurate portrayal of the place. The service at Amanpulo is in a different...

The beach is very nice, powder milky sand, but when you go on the other side of the island, its full of seaweeds, i saw some empty plastic bottle water and pieces of wood maybe washed ashore. The rooms are clean , everybody was saying the staff are very good, maybe I came on a busy weekend, but I have to...

The only negative thing about this resort is the rather poor marine life and scuba diving. Local fishermen use dynamite to fish which has had terrible consequences for the marine life and coral reefs. The rest is terrific.

We stayed at The Amanpulo seven nights. The Island (we guess) is one wing of paradise; it has one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. This was our first time in one “Aman” and the experience was fulfilling in all senses. The room is great with a private path to the splendorous beach, where you find every...

We travel a lot all over the world ; this island and its resort is certainly the N* 1 in our memory. Obviously very expensive but you do not regret your money... Everything is "Top" and the sun sets are memorable . To give 1 single critic : the bed light is not good for reading .

Absolutely brilliant place to stay ... the resort has thought of everything, and provides exactly that! From the moment you turn up to the Manila Amanpulo lounge you are treated to the friendly, prompt, exceptional service you receive all the way through the island. Even on departure our cook and houseboys drove us to the runway, where the managers of...

In many respects Amanpulo is truly an amazing resort. Spectacular beaches, the highest standards of Aman service, beautiful, spacious rooms. However, we stayed over New Years' and in early January, and got the impression that when at full capacity, the resort really failed to cope - no free loungers at the beach, fully booked restaurants, tennis courts booked out 3...

We were a little skeptical about booking this place because of the distance, means of transport and price. But what an incredible experience we are having. First of all, the "Beach", an important ingredient to a successful holiday. We have done Caribbean, Fiji, Hawaii, Krabi, to name but a few...NONE of these come even close to this Island and it's...
